I ended up finding a suit that I thought was perfect, but they didn't have the pants in my size at the store. Also, the jacket would need to be tailored to fit me properly. I was convinced that they'd have to ship the suit to me, seeing as though I'd be gone in just a few days. I had just accepted that fact. Imagine my surprise then when I got a call from Ron shortly thereafter, telling me that my pants had arrived and were ready to pick up! When I went in to get my pants, I spoke with Hong, who was tailoring my jacket. When I had explained to him my situation, he told me he'd try his best to get my fitted jacket to me before I had to leave. Again, I wasn't expecting a miracle, and was prepared to just have my jacket shipped to me. I received another call THE NEXT DAY! It was Hong, who, true to his word, worked hard to get my jacket tailored and ready to pick up in record time! All and all, the staff at this Men's Wearhouse went above and beyond for me! My dad (father of the bride) went to pick his tux up when it arrived for the wedding and the jacket size was about 3 sizes too small. They said they would send out to get a new one. Well the new one didn't arrive until late morning on my wedding day and my dad had to drive from Sylvan Beach to New Hartford to pick it up, and missed out on important moments and photos from my wedding day because of it. And the female manager was extremely rude to him when he went to pick it up, acting like it was his fault they ordered the wrong size! To top it all off, the sleeves of his new jacket were way too long and the sleeves of the father of the grooms jacket were way too short! Save yourself the stress, don't go there

This store location is trash! Horrible TERRIBLE customer service. I purchased a pair of sneakers…read morefor my child which ran a little small. I returned them to the store and was told they didn't have a larger size but they could issue me a store credit that I could use online as well. Didn't have the size online so I retuned to the store to just get a different pair. When the clerk rang me up he told me the store credit balance was at 0!!! How is that possible if I never used it?? He even agreed that I could not have used it online since NONE of their store issued credits are VALID ONLINE. The manager was NO HELP AT ALL! She had to call another manager only to tell me there was nothing they could do because another company had purchased Jimmy Jazz and they had an entire new computer system and she couldn't even LOCATE MY CREDIT IN THE SYSTEM. I asked her for the number to corporate and I will update after I contact them. But as of right now they basically stole 75.00 from me. I'll stick to purchasing my kicks from Nike App from now on. Placed a big order back in September using my hot cash and rewards from a previous big purchase…read more Somehow my order got "lost in transit" I was told they can refund my order but not my rewards or hot cash or they only could do half of my rewards and I think that's very wrong because I spent a lot of money to receive those rewards placed another order, use those rewards and I am being screwed over because the order didn't go through on their end when my card was already charged and the items that were "lost in transit" are still available on the website so I'm definitely being scammed someway somehow!

The problem is they put up pre orders and I buy on the first day. Then conveniently when the items are release I am being told they are sold out. How,? I preordered on day one how did I end up losing out? I make many preorders over the months and HT is the only company that fails when it comes to fulfilment. I do not think HT has any idea what preorder means and or cares. So If you are reading this HT cooperate people maybe have a round table and fix this ever annoying and should not be happening to your customers problem. As for me I am done. Between this and the fact they do not ship to store what I usually buy makes it so easy to do. Nevermind the ridiculous reason for not shipping these items to the store. It makes no sense and I can not in my right mind continue buying from this out of date company with horrible preorder practices.
