Being back to school shopping season is no excuse for how messy and disastrous each and every department was. The shoe department was especially bad. Prices were marked completely different RIGHT. ON. THE SHOE. from what scanned. You would open a shoe box and find a different shoe or size inside. The dressing rooms looked like someone emptied their entire closet and just threw things everywhere. The bedding department had sale signs under items that were not on sale at all. Thankgod for the Kohls app to find out the real prices of things or there would be huge issues come time to check out. My mom and I were so frustrated with all of the disarray we couldn't stand to stay very long or complete our shopping trip.

I ended up finding a suit that I thought was perfect, but they didn't have the pants in my size at the store. Also, the jacket would need to be tailored to fit me properly. I was convinced that they'd have to ship the suit to me, seeing as though I'd be gone in just a few days. I had just accepted that fact. Imagine my surprise then when I got a call from Ron shortly thereafter, telling me that my pants had arrived and were ready to pick up! When I went in to get my pants, I spoke with Hong, who was tailoring my jacket. When I had explained to him my situation, he told me he'd try his best to get my fitted jacket to me before I had to leave. Again, I wasn't expecting a miracle, and was prepared to just have my jacket shipped to me. I received another call THE NEXT DAY! It was Hong, who, true to his word, worked hard to get my jacket tailored and ready to pick up in record time! All and all, the staff at this Men's Wearhouse went above and beyond for me! My dad (father of the bride) went to pick his tux up when it arrived for the wedding and the jacket size was about 3 sizes too small. They said they would send out to get a new one. Well the new one didn't arrive until late morning on my wedding day and my dad had to drive from Sylvan Beach to New Hartford to pick it up, and missed out on important moments and photos from my wedding day because of it. And the female manager was extremely rude to him when he went to pick it up, acting like it was his fault they ordered the wrong size! To top it all off, the sleeves of his new jacket were way too long and the sleeves of the father of the grooms jacket were way too short! Save yourself the stress, don't go there

Didn't have the size online so I retuned to the store to just get a different pair. When the clerk rang me up he told me the store credit balance was at 0!!! How is that possible if I never used it?? He even agreed that I could not have used it online since NONE of their store issued credits are VALID ONLINE. The manager was NO HELP AT ALL! She had to call another manager only to tell me there was nothing they could do because another company had purchased Jimmy Jazz and they had an entire new computer system and she couldn't even LOCATE MY CREDIT IN THE SYSTEM. Placed a big order back in September using my hot cash and rewards from a previous big purchase…read more Somehow my order got "lost in transit" I was told they can refund my order but not my rewards or hot cash or they only could do half of my rewards and I think that's very wrong because I spent a lot of money to receive those rewards placed another order, use those rewards and I am being screwed over because the order didn't go through on their end when my card was already charged and the items that were "lost in transit" are still available on the website so I'm definitely being scammed someway somehow!

I almost bought a very expensive patagonia jacket and decide to sleep on it. As I walked out of the store the owner accused me of stealing a hat. There was a dozen cameras all over this tiny store and she was staring us down while we shopped. Can't begin to understand why she thought to accuse me of stealing. Needless to say, I won't be buying the dang jacket!
