When it comes to shopping for clothes, Old Navy is one of the best. The selection of cute clothing is amazing. They have clothes for all different body types and they are all genuinely so cute. They are always running sales on everything so you hardly ever end up paying full price. The workers are so nice especially with being understanding when you need to return something. The only reason it does not get five stars is because their changing rooms have been problematic. All in all I would highly recommend stopping by Old Navy when looking for new clothes. read more

I stopped by here around 11am on a Saturday while waiting to eat at a nearby restaurant. They had a few sales going on and I got some items for myself and one of my sons. Sweater options were very limited. Baby section was nice and I got two onesies for my nephew. I only interacted with stuff during checkout and they were friendly. Old Navy - Women's Clothing Near Me - Ladue, Missouri

I stopped in about a month ago to return a couple things I had bought online. There was one person at the counter and one waiting in front of me. While I waited I observed over 7 people working. One at the counter waiting on customers, one at the counter filling orders for pickup. One who I assume was the manager walking around with a clipboard. The rest were folding clothes. The person at the counter when I arrived had a large number of items that she was returning or buying. The woman in front of me had one item. I waited in line for 15 minutes to return 2 items. My transaction took about 2 minutes. The person working at the counter was very friendly and efficient but he could have used some help from someone who was folding clothes. Ridiculous! I'm just glad there are plenty of other Old Navy's in the area because I won't be going back to this one. read more

Every time I go to this store and take items from racks or displays specifically advertising a sale price it never fails... at the register the price doesn't reflect the sale price. Today I carefully selected 3 items from displays with signs saying 40% off... once again at the register nothing came up as on sale... also despite the fact that I showed the cashier the sign and the items on that rack she just said "no"... no prices checked with another salesperson on the floor... so I just said "I won't take any of these, thank you " and left... I could tell this store had been remodeled since my last visit but I didn't have the stamina to shop on this day. There was way too much merchandise and chaos. It was overwhelming. This Old Navy store is probably my favorite in the area. My only complaint about this store (as well as every other ON) is that they lines are always soooooo long! I hate waiting in line. I really do. Old Navy is not my normal shopping spot; however, I was in the mood for some new pajamas and I noticed they were having a 50% off sale and so I had to go check it out! I love pajamas and how could I turn down $6 pajama bottoms? I couldn't. I also couldn't turn down the $20 pea coat I found in my favorite color! I now own a purple pea coat! This makes me happy. While walking around I was greeted a few times and there were plenty of workers available to help answer questions if I had any. I found myself in the back of the store for a while browsing through their sale items...did you know they have a clearance section? I didn't. I found a shirt for $2 as well! Ummm yes please! This is probably my favorite Old Navy. I don't love Old Navy like many people do - the product quality varies from season to season. At the Ladue location, I find good deals and great selection. It's the only one I visit these days. The wall of women's jeans is usually a mess, but that's a problem at most ONs. We are loyal Old Navy customers and are in from out of town. We picked up a tunic from the 30% off rack, a bottle of water, and a candy bar. The woman behind the counter rang the tunic up at 20% off. We politely asked her to check on the price. She ignored our questions directly. She called over the manager who also ignored us and adjusted the price on the screen. The woman was then having trouble ringing up the candy bar and water, and instead substituted different items (ie a Vitamin water for a regular Dasani water bottle) without any communication or adjusting the price. When we politely asked for more information, we were totally ignored. We have no problem with the prices listed, but there was absolutely no communication or respect. Most disappointing trip to Old Navy ever - I won't be returning. read more

Probably my least favorite Old Navy store in the area. Mostly because of store size and selection. It's a small store and the clothes are crammed in. The selection is poor if you're not a size 2 or small. Since I don't go to Old Navy on a regular basis, I usually intend on going to drop some dough on the basics but when I go to this store I usually end up walking out with only 1-3 items if any. As far as the friendliness and helpfulness of the sales associates, it's always been hit or miss for me. Sometimes the associates seem to geniunlaouly care about helping you then other times you can never find anyone friendly enough to help you. read more

What a mess! I haven't been here in awhile. I came to buy a couple of shirts and ended up standing in line for 20 minutes. At first there were just two registers open. It was apparent at one register that there was some difficulty. And then there was a difficulty at the other. The line continued to grow behind me. For Old Navy stores, I like this one the best. Located in a shopping plaza off Ladue, there is decent parking and also Pei Wei, Barnes & Noble, Fannie May, and Maggie Moo here. Most of the Old Navy stores I go into are so torn apart, ruffled through, and disorganized that I can't find anything, but no this store. They are the cleanest and most organized Old Navy I've been to. The employees have always been super friendly here. This is the value brand of the Gap/Banana Republic/Athleta/Piperlime chains, so don't expect Nordstrom quality here, but you can find relatively sturdy t-shirts and tank tops for $2 to $5 on a regular basis. My down sweater (slightly puffy coat with less puff) was only $25 during Black Friday and I LOVE THIS COAT! Came in a nice aqua/teal, and I've received several compliments. It keeps warm, too, without being too...well...puffy. I've seen similar jacket/coats to this at REI for $200. I'm sure in the long run, they'll last longer at REI, but I really don't mind mine for 10% of that cost, and when this one is worn down, I'll just buy another in the latest style and color for another $25, and it will still be less than the $200 version. Yikes. This place was a disaster. It literally looked like the store had been ransacked (maybe it was?) - Clothes were strewn everywhere on the floors, falling out of shelves and hooks. This is one of the worst Old Navy stores ever! If you are looking for a black or white t-shirt in 5 different cuts, this is the place for you. But if you are looking for shorts, or say a purple shirt, or heaven forbid, a pair of flip flops. This is not the Old Navy for you. The staff is far too busy to help you on the floor, but the people behind the counter are nice. Even when you, not an Old Navy staff member, have to walk them through how to do a return. I just left this store extremely frustrated. Everything was a mess. The clothing was shoved in every crevice available and nearly unshopable. I went to try on 4 items and there was a wait for the dressing room. Not unusual but It looked like they had most of the fitting room blocked off with racks upon racks of additional clothes. I finally got a room and the door was broken. I didn't even bother and immediately left. It's Sunday afternoon. People shop on the weekends. This store needs to put the customer first and make it easier to be a customer. read more

This old navy was having a sale on their active wear so I stopped in. The lady who greeted me was very nice and told me all about the sale. After that, everyone else left me alone pretty much. The store was fairly clean except the dressing room was very crowded and clothes were everywhere. Holy crap, not only was the sale today awesome, the cashier, his name is Jonathan, was the absolute most polite, sweetest man ive ever met! You get so used to people in customer service not being pleasant to be around (I'm guilty, I serve tables, we all have our days) but he was so genuinely nice to every customer he was taking care of. This Old Navy is pretty bad for a couple of reasons. First of all, I didn't see any sales reps on the floor. Secondly, it looks like a tornado came through the store so it's hard to find what you are looking for. In my opinion, this is the worst Old Navy store in the area. The store is always a mess, no matter what time of day it is. And, not just the normal messiness you can expect to find at a busy retail store. It is total disarray. Piles of clothes everywhere, merchandise hanging in all different areas, clothes on the ground, etc. The staff needs some training on customer service. Generally, there is not a single word spoken during the check out process. No hello. No thank you. Nothing. I guess they are too consumed with their personal conversations with each other to be bothered by the pesky customer. If they straightened up the store as much as they gossiped, maybe it wouldn't be in such bad shape. Overall, just an unpleasant shopping experience every time I go to this store. Had a great experience today at this store and want to say thank you to Shelly the manager who helped me. After working all day I went here to get a quick red t shirt and vest for a cardinal game. Unfortunately, no red tshirts or vests and was looking lost and ready to leave. I was greeted by a friendly hello and can I help you find anything. I figured she would know what she had for me to wear to a chilly ballgame. No red but I ended up with a white vest, red scarf, gloves and several layering options. While I was there I bought 9 t shirts to update my fall ones. Cant believe how nice this quick trip to Old Navy ended, thanks to Shelly. She is truly an asset to this store! I just recently moved to the area. I have lived in multiple states and shopped in too many Old Navy Stores to count. I have never seen anything quite like this store. It was a HOT MESS! Clothing was piled up in the floors and kicked/ pushed under the hanging racks. On top of the clothes in the floor were other random items like shoes, scarves and even toys! The hanging items were no better. Nothing was organized by like items or size. It didn't appear that anyone was doing anything to clean up this mess but maybe this is the status quo for for this store hence the horrible reviews. I will drive the extra miles over to the O Fallon, IL store next time! I know it is clean and organized. YUCK! read more

I shop here pretty regularly. The staff is for the most part very polite and helpful. The store is almost always a mess though. Having worked at an Old Navy in the past, I understand the struggle to keep the store clean and I am a rather patient shopper, although it is sometimes bothersome. It is evident that new shipment items will be placed in locations in which they do not belong. For example, an entire obviously newly unpacked collection of jackets were placed on the clearance rack. A little TLC could go into cleaning the sales floor and the shopping experience in this store could be greatly improved. read more

I bought a couple pair of shorts and 1 pair had the sensor left on it which was annoying but no big deal. I then brought them back to get the sensor off, and bought another dress at the same time. When I got home the shorts sensor was taken off and not the dress!! I then went right back complained and I was asked for my receipt as they did not believe me and after I gave them the receipt all they said was they would "tell their supervisor." I shop at Old Navy and Gap frequently. It is where I get all of my children's clothes (literally all). I am from Dallas but was visiting a friend and we stopped at the Ladue Old Navy on September 21, 2016. The young lady had long black braids. I had a return and the lady at the register who assisted me made a mistake as I provided her the wrong receipt (She returned a $2.50 fruit water for a $13 shirt). When I went back to inform her of the mistake which I was apologetic for as I was the one who provided her the wrong receipt. Under her breath which was loud enough for everyone to hear said "she is so dumb". I do not appreciate being insulted by anyone nonetheless the person who is suppose to be helping me and who was just as responsible for the error. I will never be returning to the store again and recommend others to shop elsewhere. It is not ok to call names and be a bully. I am just so very glad my 2 1/2 year old son was not there. I have no problem taking by business away from Old Navy and Gap all together. Hire better employees. read more
