There's not a huge selection for women maybe just because it's in Grand Forks but for the men's, there are backpacks, water bottles, heavy jackets, light suit jackets, scarfs, gloves, button down shirts, and a lot of other nice wear. If you're an Eddie Bauer fan and a guy then this place is a good start for you but the prices can be very expensive as a college student. If you're willing to pay a lot for the name brand, that's awesome but there's also a Scheel's a couple steps away from this store. Overall, this place is good just to browse in once in awhile on the way to other stores just to see if anything is on sale or is a good deal, but I wouldn't make it a regular stop on my shopping stops.

I just saw that the one I wanted was in stock online, so I brought the jacket and receipt back to the store. They exchanged it and ordered the new one to my apartment, no questions asked. These guys were incredibly helpful and I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received.

They are never called to help checkout, they must feel it's more important stocking shelves and straightening shelves rather than actually make a sale and profit. Everything is laid out nicely and not cluttered so you can see everything while walking through the store. One side of the shop is more like a stationary store with household odds and ends while the other is the fashion side with everything from cute shoes to jackets and purses.
