I have been shopping at this store for over 12 years, and I really like their clothes and prices. Today I experienced the worst costumer service ever. It was like everyone there hated their job. I didn't think too much about the dressing room attendant who seemed less than engaged. At one point it seemed she went out of her way to do other tasks before letting my son back into his room, but, whatever. Never smiled or looked at us. Never asked if we needed anything or different sizes. The woman who checked us out (Trysha, Tysha?) was rude. She also never smiled or made eye contact. When I questioned the price on a pair of flip flops, she had no explanation, so I just said I didn't want them. She did nothing to clarify the confusion. I gave her a $100 bill, which I know is difficult and I expected small change. But, she just handed me a wad of cash, never counting it (which was just as important to the business I would think). At the same time another clerk came to the counter. My son was looking through some suckers in a container, and the clerk (Michael) snatched the container away, as if a customer looking through merchandise is unacceptable. To this point I was still being personable, even though I was getting nothing in return. But, with that, I took my wad of cash and walked out. I will be desperate to shop there again. read more
