I'm assuming the owner helped me with the return, and she tried to first convince me that I bought the jeans over 30 days ago, but the receipt only said 2 weeks obviously. She then told me since the jeans were on clearance that I could only do an exchange... when I originally bought the jeans I specifically asked what the return policy was because I did not have time to try them on in the store. The employee told me there was no issue or any policy when it comes to returning and I could return them with no problem. Overall, I had to argue with the rude owner to get my money back... she needs to work on her customer service skills if she wants to own a successful business... I now see why there were no customers in the store.

A female employee started cackling with the old man employee. The costumer immediately turned around and walked out of the store. Very rude employees. Lost another sale. The racks are organized by size. There are a few fitting rooms and one large pedestal/mirror area. The customer service was top-notch, helping to hold and carry dresses and organizing the wait for the fitting rooms. When we arrived, the store was packed with several families doing the same thing that we were. The staff was calm and was able to organize everyone while not making anyone feel rushed or impatient. They paid equal amounts of attention to each girl trying on dresses, making everyone feel special. One of the ladies who helped us is also a designer, who makes some of the dresses that are available in the store. It seems they also handle all fittings and alternations, and many items like the color of little flowers, pearls and crystals and other embellishments can be customized.

I want to love this store, but it definitely has a lot of room for improvement…read more Main Pros -Their dress selection is beautiful - A variety of prices to fit many budgets -Staff is sweet, one did bring over a singing toy which calmed down my niece a lot Cons -It's a kid's store but it has a lot of things kids shouldn't touch right at their eye levels -They mandate booking a changing room in advance but we waited for an extensive amount of time while they let someone else into our charging room- and then rushed us out of the room after only one dress instead of allowing my niece time to get used to the space and possibly be okay with trying on more dresses. Ultimately I would return since I like being able to see items in person instead of buying online. But I really recommend sticking to appointment times or making the rooms first come, first serve.
