Not only were they professional, but it was clear that they loved what they do. They went above and beyond to ensure both kids and adults had the best time possible. They took care of everything, allowing us to simply sit back and enjoy the fun. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible this company is. This party will be the talk of the town for years to come!! The birthday party included slushies for the kids which they could fill at the snack bar right next to the party rooms. There are plenty of activities for kids of all ages. A few things could be improved. The bathrooms were not that clean and out of paper towels. The ball pit was not contained at all, and there were plastic balls everywhere. The foam pits at the ninja course at pretty shallow and could ideally be twice as deep if not more. And there is very little actual supervision- kids climbing up slides, throwing balls at each other, racing around without any regard for smaller kids. The staff was friendly, but there is room for improvement.

The arcade games are pretty expensive and they blew through the $15 in less than 15 mins. The mini golf course was short and compacted on the main floor so the courses were not as fancy or intricate as some larger outdoor mini golf courses. The boys finished all 18 holes in less than 30 mins all by themselves. The laser tag was fun too. The vests were pretty big and heavy and it looked so big our littlest guy but he held his own. It seemed crowded when the summer camp group of kids were there, but when they all left, it wasn't crowded at all. Coming from LA, where anything fun is crowded, it was nice to not have to wait in long lines. We wanted to try the laser maze, but it wasn't working. The workers were all teenagers, and the manager guy looked maybe early 20's but they were all helpful. It was fun to spend a couple hours in the hot afternoon being indoors.
