After a friendly brainstorming meeting, Christo gave us objective information that included our ideas. He then gave us four different options with quickly written bids. We were to choose from: Refinishing existing 1979 scratched and water damaged cupboards, replacing doors with painted cupboards, replacing doors with stained cupboards, and replacing boxes with stained wood of our choice. We chose to refinish our existing cupboards as we enjoy our layout, the doors are solid wood, and it was a great value. Old Kettle Road Wood Working went the extra mile to do an excellent job of refinishing with a darker stain, adding veneer to cabinet ends, building counter top supports, and adding trim to finish the job beautifully . They also refinished a room-dividing self and my cutting boards, rebuilt three drawers and replaced the base of the cupboard under the sink. I can't thank them enough for listening to what we wanted and carrying it out so excellently. I look forward to working with Christo again.
