Cellulose insulation was installed using water in the attic of my home. The insulation has to be…read moreremoved and replaced due to a strong insulation smell in the house, attic and garage when the weather is warmer. The owner is unwilling to accept responsibility. The owner has since deleted their Facebook page. I contacted the owner on 9/14. He responded he wanted to come by on 9/15. The owner sent me a text @ 9:23 am on 9/15/2017 stating he was on his way to my home. I was not at home and responded to his text. His response was "he would try to get by another time to take a sample of the insulation or I could send the sample to the manufacturer", which I did since I did not hear back from him. Again he was to come to my home on 11/20/17 but did not show up. I sent him a text and he did not respond. In addition, he previously contacted me using another person's Facebook messenger which I have now been blocked from their Facebook page. I have contacted the manufacturer several times as well.
