The in home estimate was thorough and efficient. He and I walked through which design would best fit my needs and he was able to get me a 3 -D plan within a few hours of the estimate so I can see the vision come to life. I appreciated that he was honest and upfront with me about pricing and worked with a design that best fit my budget. (I had multiple quotes and Legacy Closet came in 20 percent below my other estimates). I expressed how important it was for me to get my closets done as I just moved into a new build. The Legacy team was able to do my project within 2 weeks of my initial estimate! (this was a huge plus for me as my other estimate quoted me a 2 month time frame to get started on the project). The installation itself was seamless. The crew consisted of 3-4 technicians who were extremely friendly, efficient and above all did an amazing job.
