I'd give this company zero stars if I could. They nickel and dime you for everything. And look out!..there are late fees at different times during the month too. We auto pay our sons rent and found out months later that we had late fees racking up for all the nickel and diming. Lastly, you are charged a processing fee anytime you make a payment. They will charge you for anything and everything possible, and the apartments are below average! They take advantage of student living. My guess is although my son has taken care of his unit, he will not get his deposite back based on the way this reallty operates. Highly do NOT recommend.
