I've had smoked chicken in KC, in Memphis, in St. Louis, in Georgia, in Kentucky, and points south, and I would put this chicken up against all the rest. I now have a new life goal....being able to reproduce Demo's chicken on my own smoker. He had the three meat combo, with 3 ribs, beef, and chicken, with onion rings and fries.
