Do not trust your house to this company. They talk a good game but in the long run, it isn't worth…read morethe hassle. They promised to keep the payments on my father's home paid whether they had a tenant in the house or not. They have not only not paid payments, but they also let the taxes go unpaid on the house. I receive phone calls and letters regularly that things need paid or caught up. My father also passed away 2 years ago at this point and I sent them a letter a year after his death with the death certificate asking them to fulfill their promises made to him and get the house sold. We were told it would only take 2 years until the new tenant would obtain a loan for the home. We're now on the 4th year. The same tenant has been in the house the whole 4 years. I personally contacted the tenant, because we have mutual friends and warned her they are not paying the house payments or taxes on time & let her know she might want to address it with them or move. At this point they're so far behind on state taxes, the state will sell the property and we're totally out the money from the sell of the house. They prey on people who are down on their luck because they figure they won't have the money to fight them. Please save yourself the aggravation and find someone else that's on the up and up to help you with your home. I'm not the only person that's having this problem with them. I've talked to another person who finally had to take their house back. We're headed that way too. Good luck!

I would not recommend doing business with them and would encourage anyone who has and is having problems with them to call the consumer protection department of the WV Attorney Generals office.
