The last time I went there, the employee got so angry that I could not afford a prescription that she took my other stuff and literally slammed it on the counter then threw it at me. This was in May/June 2025. There were multiple witnesses, employees and patients, and they looked as horrified as I was. The sad thing is that this location has always been very unhappy with their jobs. I switched my care to the other CVS.

I phoned Medicare later and was told Medicare pays for such shots in full for those over age 65 if the provider accepts assignment. CVS does, but would not refund the money to us. I hit on something that works well maybe 20% of the time. Usually, though, it's all very much the same. Especially the buy 5 Cresco options.
