Got back to the office to find no utensils & no napkins. Took one bite of the side salad to a crunchy dirt specks - posting a photo of the dirty lettuce. The two stars is only for the kind waiters at the tills.. It wasn't their fault that the place clearly doesn't have its business running properly.

Fitted in next to Pizza Hut just inside Festival Place by the Food Plaza. Frequented by lots of school kids and shoppers, it tends to get quite busy, but being different to McDonalds I always prefer Burger King if I get the chance. Always clean and plenty of staff about serving, cooking and cleaning. A nice fast food restaurant to visit!

This wasn't a one-off, it happened 3 times before I gave up with it. I don't expect silver service from a takeaway pizza place, but I do expect to be treated with a tiny bit of respect! Never had a problem with the pizzas though, they were always fine. It's the staff that put me off. I won't be going back. Ever.

There's a new branch in Brighton Hill now so if you live closer to that they'll ask you to call there instead - so that's Hatch Warren, Cranbourne, Kempshott etc.

A really airey and well lit with natural light store, it has a great dine in area, which is clean and comfortable. Obviously it is a takeaway so it's not going to be the lap of luxury but it is a good attempt! The food seems fresher than normal, certainly the salad items look fresh daily (more than can be said for other stores!) and they seem to take hygeine seriously which is good! Definetly worth a visit, especially as they seem to frequently be doing lots of special offers which makes it even more of a bargain! I recommend the meatballs on an italian sub with the obligatory cheese and some black olives..yum!
