Got back to the office to find no utensils & no napkins. Took one bite of the side salad to a crunchy dirt specks - posting a photo of the dirty lettuce. The two stars is only for the kind waiters at the tills.. It wasn't their fault that the place clearly doesn't have its business running properly.

Fitted in next to Pizza Hut just inside Festival Place by the Food Plaza. Frequented by lots of school kids and shoppers, it tends to get quite busy, but being different to McDonalds I always prefer Burger King if I get the chance. Always clean and plenty of staff about serving, cooking and cleaning. A nice fast food restaurant to visit!

Get told it's not their policy to refund, as they've already delivered, but can have whole order free next time. Told them I'm never ordering from them again, so it's pointless. After a lengthy conversation, I said told him for the sake of him not refunding my £20 I would make sure I left a review.... He's response - 'Ha - well nobody will believe you anyway, because we are really busy!!' NICE. So my opinion - avoid at all costs!!!

Always ask if they have any deals on at the moment or you'll get charged full price - there's never usually a need to pay full price for a Domino's pizza! The menu is pretty standard, my favourite is the Texas BBQ pizza, and they often have guest pizzas on the menu. If you live in Basingstoke you'll get one of their menus through your letterbox pretty much every other day it seems! There's a new branch in Brighton Hill now so if you live closer to that they'll ask you to call there instead - so that's Hatch Warren, Cranbourne, Kempshott etc.
