7 minutes agoNEW We…read morehave used this company and been pleased with the service in the past. Never again. Scheduled an 8 pm pickup from Huntington to JFK last Friday. At 8:05 I called the company to ask where the car was? As always they responded promptly and said they would call right back. Instead the driver called about 10 minutes later saying he is en route. I had to pry to learn her was on the expressway at Glen cove road. That was never going to work and I told him to not bother. We jumped in the car to drive ourselves. From that point forward the company did/would not take our phone calls despite having a scheduled pickup when we got back. I cannot understand why a company we had previously been satisfied with would cease communicating altogether. Cost us a fortune and much stress. Shame. Shame.

Had searched many reviews for car services and was coming across some wild ones- lguy that talks like a pirate - guy that yells at people, or the guy that drives fast and scares the ... yeah. We don't need that. was beginning to think I was going to have to carry him on my back to LaGuardia myself when I came across County Car Service. Reviews looked great. No pirates, no yelling, or crazy driving- just good stuff, so I gave Big Mike a call- we had a blast just booking the round trip ride. Big Mike notified me Kevin would be driving my husband on the round trip. Good communication all the way from both! Kevin arrived early on flight days here and at LGA - got husband there on time with great conversation both ways. Everything went better than perfect. Very reasonable prices Extremely clean, comfortable SUV Careful driver Thanks Big Mike and Kevin! You made my husband's rides a blast and gave me peace of mind! THANK YOU!

This review is a couple of weeks late but better late than never, looks like I'm the first to…read morereview. To start, I have a regular car service that I use for airport runs about once a week. I've been using them for years and am very happy, but they no longer have limo service due to insurance costs. I get it. So several months ago I needed a limousine for an airport run with my wife and kids for a family vacation to Hawaii. My regular guy recommended X-Treme, and we were very happy with them. Very professional. End of year comes around quickly so I check if they are available. Yes they are. The owner Mike had constant communication with me to assure me that they had everything under control. A couple of days before our day Mike calls and recommends we leave a little earlier because at this time of year New York City is packed and was he right. It was Santa Con, and it was walk to wall Santa's. Our driver has the car set with soda, water, and champagne. First stop, the theater for a play, "Music Man", with Hugh Jackman. I was outnumbered on this decision but it was well worth it. Our driver brought us to the main entrance of the theater so all we had to do was step out of the car and into the theater. Here's a little glitch. We were having dinner at the Capital Grill, but there are three in the city. Our driver thinks we are going to the one just one block from the theater. He suggested we walk instead of waiting for him. ?????? I got four women and their dates and it's very cold. The look in their eyes says I better fix this. Must be some misunderstanding so I text Mike who contacts the driver and it's rectified in minutes. The driver text me and is very apologetic. After dinner, see my review of the Capital Grill, we are on our way home. As far as I'm concerned this is the only way to travel to the city. We are home safe and sound and everyone is happy. ( could it be the bonuses). Anyway X-Treme Limousine is on speed dial for me, and I will use them whenever it calls for. Thanks Mike for your excellent limousine service.
