My outpatient surgery experience was excellent. I was treated well by everyone. My nurses, Holly, Shannon, and Maddie from the surgery center were attentive and caring. The nurse anesthetist. Levi was very kind and helpful. Dr. Olack is very easy to talk to and doesn't make you feel rushed. He's a true artist. His surgical colleague Elizabeth was very comforting as well. His office staff are excellent. Sierra, Jodi and Alicia made me feel very welcome and comfortable.Highly recommended! read more

Dakota performed my first ever Botox a couple weeks ago. All I can say is WOW! Almost entirely pain free process and she explained everything in detail before she started. I was completely comfortable and would highly recommend her for anyone considering Botox! read more

I just got home from having my lips done (Juvederm injections) and am completely traumatized. When the medical assistant went to numb me- she wiped the numbing cream with a popsicle stick in globs around my lips NOT on my lips. This was my first time getting getting fillers done and didn't know right procedure from wrong procedure, and completely put my trust in the plastic surgeon as well as his office staff. When wiping the numbing cream on, the MA commented that she didn't want the cream to get into my mouth and therefore would put the cream on the pink outline of my lips. Long story short: MY LIPS WERE NOT NUMB FOR THE PROCEDURE! Dr Olack came in and began injecting my lips with the filler and I felt every bit of that needle. And it's a lot of pokes! I could even feel the Juvederm liquid going into my lips. I thought I was going to pass out or throw up from the extreme pain several times (and I told both the doctor and the MA), I had tears running down my cheeks and started sweating profusely. They got me a couple ice packs and a wet wash cloth for my forehead. But it wasn't until I put the ice packs on my lips for a few moments that I finally got my lips to be somewhat numb. Somehow I was able to get through the appointment. When I got into my car and looked at myself in the mirror I saw that they hadn't even cleaned me up and I had blood smeared across my lower cheek and crusty residue from the numbing gunk still on my chin. I have never written a review before, but this one deserves it. I've been going for botox treatments that included a follow up. The office played games this last time and when I tried to ask why they wouldn't honor their after treatment touchups, Sierra (office manager) said., VERY rudely, "NOT FOR YOU". They said I waited "too long", that I should have had a follow-up between 2--3 weeks after But when I called at 2.5-3 weeks and the person who scheduled it (Jody), told me that the time she could first schedule me was Dakota's (aesthetician) "earliest" appointment. I tried to make it sooner but was told she would not be in until then. Dakota told me not to schedule the follow up when I was there previously. Why would she do that when she never had before? No one had ever told me about a deadline for my follow-up treatments - No one - Never. I would have made the follow-up appointment the day of the first treatment if I'd have known. If they were a good business, you'd think that they would apologize for their misinformation, as it only happened once, and given me the follow-up. I have been going to them for more than a year. But buyer beware, when they're done with you, their treatment of you changes drastically. That blurb about trust on this website is "selective". There was definitely a scam happening; it took all the office personnel to set me up. But the worst one was the front desk who belittled and singled me out with "NOT FOR YOU!" - Don't trust that smile. read more
