Coming to an airport sushi place, I knew to to set my expectations too high. However, I can still say that the food was a bit bland. They do have more elaborate rolls here, which may have changed my mind. But I was not in the mood for anything fried. They also have some selection of alcohol. I personally don't drink during flights, and the girlfriend opted to drink at the AMEX lounge, so we didn't order any booze here.
If you're in Guadalajara Int'l Airport, and are craving sushi, then this is the option. But like with most airport eateries, don't expect a gourmet meal. Just a simple quick lunch.
