Honestly speaking I loved the place I was there to celebrate my birthday with family. However my…read morewaitress Ale I believe was her name, got 3 of our orders wrong. I'm from the states and I know we have a bad wrap in other countries, so I didn't want to be the stereotypical American (I'm not white, I'm actually Mexican American) but still I didn't want to be that person. So I just re ordered what I wanted not once did we send the food back. When we finished I asked Ale for boxes she actually boxed our food. Our bill was about $1,600 pesos and we left her a $150 peso tip . I was mortified when she comes after us and demands $300 pesos tip because that's about the 20% she was supposed to get. I was under the impression that tips were optional and given for good service, I got ok service and I did tell her at least one of the order was wrong, she would take off for long periods of time. I just didn't think she deserved the $300 pesos and I just gave In because I didn't want to make a scene. That whole experience sucked and I was super embarrassed. So the restaurant was good the waitress was horrible.
