We also had the frozen club specials to complete the meal!!! Again, our waitress was outstanding and deserves recognition from staff for her level of service and promotion of the venue. On to the tennis center to play pickle ball...another great experience we didn't expect. We actually felt like members here as well. In addition, he engaged the full crowd engaged in activities that would ensure return engagements to Hidden Trails and promoted the sports of tennis and pickle ball. As an employer myself, I recommend management recognizes who they have working in these critical roles at the venue and rewards their efforts for promoting return engagements from opportunities like ourselves. It probably took me 10 minutes of walking around to find the studio. Only after stopping a girl that was walking back to her car and asking, was I able to find it. The storefront is all window. Which is why I don't understand why they don't take artistic liberties and paint the windows (with something non-permanent) so passers-by can easily tell what the building's business is. After ordering a glass of wine, (at least they have some $5 glasses) and sitting near the front, I noticed that the painting at the front of the room was not the painting that I thought I would be doing. I brought my concern to the artist , and she informed me, after checking the calendar, that the painting I went for was actually on Tuesday. My bad. BUT! Chloe was awesome and got me some green and let me go at it making the painting I wanted, rather than following the class. Halfway through she found a copy of the painting and brought it over so I could look at it rather than at my dying phone (which was grainy because of the size of the picture anyways). In the end I was pretty happy with the painting though it wasn't exactly like the example - it's not supposed to be, right? The staff was a lot nicer this time around, but considering my overall experience and the price, I'm sticking with my 2*s

There was a few items that still needed to be properly set up. After we were met at the front desk a gentleman took us around to the lackluster exhibits. I can truly say this place is more of a joke then a museum. I am not sure how good it will be once I get this museum completed. They need to properly staff the museum with people know all about what is exhibited. I would not recommend this museum to anyone who wants a great experience. It was truly not properly set up or maned with a good staff that knew all about what was in this museum. Really not worth the money you have to pay.
