The owners also decided they didn't feel like spending the time or money to set up a DBT team with resources, so they let those therapists go with zero warning to the therapists nor the clients. When I called to seek clarification, Wendy Farrell yelled at me and tried to convince me I was wrong about the interruption in my care. When I asked to speak to the owners, they never called back, and when I sought a follow up from Wendy Farrell, she told me they would never call me.

But if you're like me, safe but trying to just hold yourself together until you get yourself help--don't expect anything from this place. It doesn't have to do with a wait list or anything, just the fact that nobody has ever answered the phone. When the voicemail greeting plays, it states that they answer and return calls between 9-5 and to leave a brief message with a call back number. I left 4 within a week time period, and have yet to get a call back. I've even sent an email, with no response. Is this even a real business?? Does anyone even go here?? The lack of service and care is highly unprofessional and quite shocking considering this is a profession that runs off of "care and concern". Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere if you're really needing someplace in the next 3 months or sooner.
