They owned and sought direct assistance with Piano Disc and their player system where my CD player stopped working. The Floppy and their hard drive worked and just not the CD rom. Based on their troubleshooting, it is not a CD ROM drive issue but either a firmware, software, or board issue with the unit as it appears to be a common system with these player piano systems models that are no longer being manufactured. Their ownership and follow through was second to none. Even Timothy himself came twice to my home trying to resolve the issue. I fully recommend them and they have my complete confidence in their abilities.

I called to make my appointment, which I originally thought I'd have to do on the weekend since all other string stores are closed by the time I'm off work, and Molly was happy to give me some time on a Thursday night. I think I was there till a little after 8 and at no point did I feel rushed. When I arrived she had a select few violins ready for me to try for my level. In our initial phone call I hadn't given too much information about my skill but her selections for me were 100% what I needed. From reviews at other shops I thought I was going to be pressured into buying something expensive that I didn't need. That was absolutely not the case here. The selections she showed me were all in my price range and she answered any questions I had to make sure I chose the perfect instrument. I'll definitely be coming back.

I was so thrilled with his progress, as was his mom. Another student that she worked with was speech impaired. This student made remarkable progress. At the beginning of the year, I could not understand anything this student was saying. The student became very frustrated. Stephanie worked with her with great patience and it was so amazing to see the growth this student made. I could clearly understand her the first time she told me something! This brought so much joy to the student and myself. I was amazed the progress that this student had made.
