On June 21, 2024, I had an appointment to have my summer tires mounted on new wheels and installed on my vehicle. When I booked the appointment, I informed the representative I required new TPMS sensors and low-profile bolts. As a precaution, I dropped off the wheels, tires, and vehicle the day before the appointment. (The appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m. on the 20th.) On the 20th, I popped in at 8:45 a.m. to check progress and was told everything was copacetic. At 9:18 a.m., a representative called to inform me that I required new sensors and bolts. I returned the call 55 minutes later and agreed to the extra charges. At 11:45 a.m., I stopped by (the shop) and was told it would take until 1:30 p.m. to finish the work. When I got my vehicle back, at 1:40 p.m., the interior was filthy (the tire bags had grease and dirt on them), the heat shield was loose (4 of the bolts were missing) and the TPMS sensors were non-functional. So, in summary, it took them 5 and a half hours to mount and install 4 wheels/tires, and in doing so, your staff damaged my vehicle and didn't install the sensors correctly. I am extremely disappointed. On June 25, 2024, I returned to the stop to have the tires torqued and the sensors recalibrated. As of June 27, 2024, the TPMS sensors are still not functional. At the request of OK Time HQ, in early July 2024, I sent an email to info@oktire.com and then spoke to the territory manager, but as of August 2, 2024, there has been no progress. No refund, no offer to address my concerns, no phone call from the local store, nothing. This is completely ridiculous. read more

Horrible service! We had an appointment Thursday morning to have an alterator replaced, they said it also needed a coil replaced. We told them we absolutely needed our vehicle back by the weekend, and they agreed that it would be done Friday at the latest. Well, by Thursday afternoon, they didn't even look at it yet. Friday they said end of the day it would be ready. Nope! They didn't even call us back at the end of the day and just left us hanging all weekend long, no vehicle and a ton of jobs piling up. It's now Monday, and the glorified excuse maker for the incompetence of the shop phone girl" who doesn't know a thing about anything" doesn't know if it will be done today either. It's not the first time we've had this type of thing happen with them, but it's the last time. NO, I do not recommend them. read more

OK Tire replaced all the tires on my mom's car. In addition, they provided a list of work that needed to be done. They recommended work that totalled close to $800. We took the car to a trusted mechanic. It turns out that none of the recommended work needed to be done. I would not trust the people who work there! Our brake line went when we were in North Bay over Easter weekend. We had dispaired of getting home for Easter Sunday as there were no auto repair places open. Phillipe from OK Tire texted me that they would be able to fix our car. What a relief. On top of that, he drove us to the university so we were able to attend our event and picked us up. How is it that a tire shop can confirm an appointment the morning of, after ordering tires a week in advance, lose 1 of 4 tires between the time I called in the AM and my appointment at 4pm, and have nothing to say but "I don't know what to say". Is it employee theft? Is it because you run a highly disorganized business? Or is sheer incompetence on a variety of levels? WOW. The tires were in 5 days ago. I called Friday and said I would appreciate a call when they do come in as I don't think I can wait until next week due to the upcoming weather conditions. Yep, yep we'll call you. Like a dummy I waited till the appointment, but did have the foresight to call and confirm we were good to go as I was also having them studded. Yep, yep we're good to go, he says. Arrive, wait 30 minutes to be told we only have 3 tires...Do not buy from Northern OK TIre in North Bay. Great at booking appointments and taking your money, and paying you lip service, not so great at actually providing the tires or any type of customer service. Just recently visited North Bay and my truck started having serious stabilitrac issues and Jamie and the crew were amazing took me in almost right away and I was able to return home with no major delays. Very professional and fair pricing wish we had a garage like this at home. read more
