From the second I called to make an appointment, until the time I picked up my repaired car, everyone at Perrin's was FANTASTIC. I was having some warranty repairs on my VW and asked Perrin's to fix a small corner of my door. They never gave me a written estimate and I specifically said that I didn't want to spend much money on repairing the extra part. When I picked up my vehicle I was given a bill for over $900.00 for a repair that I specifically said I did not want to spend much money on and would not have spent more than $200.00 on because my car is almost 10 years old. I found this very unprofessional and poorly handled on there part and they would not even discuss it with me and just said the work is done so you have to pay. Be very careful if you use them and make sure you get everything in writing and agree to it if you do business with them because in my opinion this was very unethical. read more

I was rear ended and had to take my car to one of three places via my insurance company. I took my car into Perrin's the day after the accident and it took them over a month to finish the estimate. It took them another week or two to schedule my car for repair. When I picked up my car they told me that I would have to go back to get my taillight replaced. After two months, my car was finally fixed. They did a great job on the bumper, but when they took it off they caused a short in my signal wire. The reason why they get two stars is because they did a good job and they cleaned the inside of my car, which I appreciated. They lost three stars due to poor time management, messing up my wiring, and giving me false information about my car rental. I will never go back to them again. read more
