My 2004 Celica needed extensive underbody work due to rust. Every employee contact was supportive and provided detailed explanations concerning the repair work and the costs including the pros and cons of proceeding with a costly and extensive repair. I proceeded with the repair and am extremely happy with the results. My car has a new lease on car life and I am expecting many more years of cruising. This is definitely the place to go to! You could eat off this shop's floor. We were stressed about the hassle of getting our truck repaired after an accident. City Centre Collision were so professional but friendly. Angele in the office is a sweetheart and is very efficient. Shane is the owner and runs a great ship with a down to earth attitude. Chuck, the manager, shows a pride in their work when he goes over the work done with you. We wouldn't even think of going to a different shop again! So pleased! read more

This company is amazing. From the service you get when you first go in for a estimate to them dealing with the insurance compnays to providing texts to let you know every step your car is making in the repair process. I cant say enough good about this company, their work and their staff! Highly Recommend! read more

Absolutely the best! From start to finish, I was electronically informed of the cars progress. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean shop. They even cleaned and washed the car when done. Would recommend to anyone who needs there car repaired. Way to go City Centre Collision! read more

horrible. i brought my mustang in to have the old windshield removed and have a new one installed…read more well when i went to pick it up windshield was not installed even close to right sticking way up on both sides. went to the desk jess said oh no bring it back next week to be fixed so i did. well when i dropped the car off again i got one block away and got a call from the owners that i would have to pay for the install again ?? well i took my car home and had kellys autoglass replace it. they showed me it was the wrong windshield for the car which was a convertable. they tried to install the coupe windshield. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH THEM i even had a written guarantee. Plain bad cutomer service.

Came out of work to find the driver's door on my car suffered a hit and run with extensive damage. My insurance company recommended City Centre Collision and am I ever happy they did. From the first meeting with Tammy to final pickup of my keys after the repair, these folks were very professional. I got regular text messages and emails to update me on progress and was told repeatedly to call with any questions but I had none as they were great about providing all info up front. When I picked up my car you'd never know it was damaged badly, it looked brand new, what a superb job!
