When I reached out to them again in 2020, their staffer Lauren Buonopane was the best teammember from their organization!! She consistently looked for a role that best suited my prior experience and she was very attentive, always calling me and coordinating interviews or follow-ups when she could. She was extremely dedicated, despite the Covid-19 pandemic effecting the workforce I'd re-entered late 2020. Ms. Buonopane found the perfect professional fit for me in my current adminstrative role and coordinated the details of my start with the new company very fluidly, as I had no problems fitting into my new role and she was there for me every step of the way as I began my new career. I would definitely recommend this agency and their team. They match their candidates very well with the careers in which they have experience and they gauge the connection of their clients with the position exceptionally well! I would also return to The Bacharach Group should I need their guidance and recommendations in the future. Lauren is especially very compassionate - she goes above and beyond to pair clients with their potiential success in a growing company. I thank their team for keeping in touch with me and connecting me with a role that will grow my skills and hopefully lead to bigger endeavors.

Beyond that, he was genuinely motivating and encouraging, which made a huge difference during what can be a pretty stressful process. It really felt like he was invested in helping me find the right role, not just any role. I also had the chance to work with Brandon and Maggi, who were both equally helpful and responsive. It was clear the whole team works closely together and truly cares about their candidates. Overall, I'm really grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend Bachrach to anyone navigating a job search. I've been looking for a PERMANENT job and have a pretty solid resume (I've been in the same field…read morefor 20 years) and, of course, have been contacted by recruiters to come in and talk. Vanguard was one of them. I don't know/or didn't know if this place was for people looking for full time and temp work or just temp work. I just got a nice call from a guy named Brian and came in the next day, filled out an application (although I was confused by that, since I wasn't applying for a job with Vanguard) and had a nice discussion with said Brian about what I was looking for. Fine so far. Then, he proceeded to present me with so much paperwork, I thought I was being arrested or signing up for sex reassignment surgery. I didn't actually think much of it but didn't have the time to sit there and go through it, as I had another appointment that I was already late for. When Brian was nice enough to e-mail me the stuff to fill out, I looked at it carefully. Why do they need to have my DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION???? I want a FULL TIME job. I DO NOT WORK FOR VANGUARD. This is really ambiguous and a bit decieving. There is absolutely no reason why they should have any of that information unless you are tempting through them. Just a warning. I'm not sending any of this stuff back. Obviously. What's your favorite employment agency, btw? It's been about 10 years since I've looked for a job!
