Trying to get answers was even worse than the original situation. When I called to ask about my refund, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining the process or treating me with respect, they cursed at me and told me I was calling too much. No customer should ever be spoken to that way. It feels like once they have your money, they no longer care about providing good customer service or helping resolve your concerns. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. If you decide to use them, make sure you fully understand their refund policy in writing before paying.
