Jose was busy taping up boxes of shipments, but when he saw me come in, I got that old-fashioned, small town greeting you seldom find at a US post office! He ran the prices for me on all the different carriers (UPS, FedEx and DHL) and ultimately advised to go with DHL since it was the cheapest. I then gave him a bigger package to get to London and he insisted I contact FedEx directly and try to ship it back as a "rejected package," otherwise, he noted, "it'll cost $160 to ship regularly from here." I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he wasn't trying to up-sell me. Next time I'm looking to ship, Postal Plus will be my go to stop. They also offer PO Boxes, faxing, and boxes (for moving!).

Before completing the transaction, I asked for confirmation that the quoted price was the cheapest available, and I was told it was. Later, I discovered that I had been charged for a more expensive service. When I called on June 15, 2026, to ask why the pricing options were not explained more clearly, the conversation quickly became unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns, Eric raised his voice and told me that this was a private company and that if I did not like the prices, I should "go to the post office and wait in line." I found both the pricing practices and the customer service unacceptable. Transparency, honesty, and professionalism are important qualities in any business, and unfortunately, I did not experience them here. As a result, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this office to friends or family.
