And they charge significantly less than those big chains. This will be the only place I go to for an oil change from now on. I'll be telling all my family and friends. 10/10 recommended

FOLLOW UP RESOLUTION…read more I've been a Midas customer since 1996, moved away for 18 years where I continued with another Midas and now back at the shop where I started. They have a new manager, Robert. He was very accommodating, but I was not happy that my fluid exchanges took almost 4 hours last week after being told to expect one and a half hours. Days later, and needing clarification on the bill, he offered to let me speak to his District Manager, Zach. I had just purchased one of the smallest cars on the road so was not happy to hear the DM say the estimates are calculated on AVERAGE auto size even though my tiny car's intakes are measured in quarts, not gallons - which is what I was billed for. Examples (not counting labor) : * typical radiator (coolant) Flush and Replace takes 3.5 gallons $93 ...my car takes 5.2 quarts (about 1.25 gallons), est. $30. * typical synthetic oil change takes 5-6 quarts special oil, $65 ...but mine takes 3.7 quarts, est. $40. Considering remaining issues, Zach was able to refund nearly 25% of my bill.
