The first couple of times we got our juice here everything was great! Juices tasted awesome & the employees were knowledgeable & friendly. Unfortunately, the last two times we came in the employees could barely stop talking to one another long enough to help us. They were rude, & dismissive. Even worse, their vape juices taste like soap!! Just horrible!! WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!! Perhaps they should focus on each other a little less, & focus on their customers & juice making a little more. Very disappointing. read more

This is my favorite place to go for all my vaping needs! The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Blake is usually there to help me and has been so patient and kind when I come in with questions or need assistance! I am new to vaping and have been to a few different shops, and this is the best by far! Juices are made in house and don't have all the added sugars like juices from some shops who recieve their juices pre-prepared from a factory. I first came in looking for a replacement glass that NOBODY had. I had already been to 3 vape shops. I walked in and Derek was so nice and took the time to go look in the back and ended up finding the glass to fit my vape. He was super nice and helpful, I told him he just gained a customer. That weekend my husband and I went back and Taylor and Marcel were awesome as well and set us up with two new devices, coils, and juice. Taylor was super thorough and had so much patience and took the time to get us set up and answer the one hundred questions that we had. We felt super comfortable and not rushed at all. These guys are the best in business, and Derek's customer service is what got me as a customer, and Taylor and Marcel were the icing on the cake. so I own a couple vapes now. one I didn't buy here. one I did after I thought I lost the other. I blew out the one I bought here when I forgot to empty it before a plane flight home from San Diego. oops. as I was getting ready to bring the blown out one here for help I dropped the other & shattered the tank. oops. I brought them both in with my dad face on. they found glass to fit the tank (apologizing because it was pink) & it was fixed within a minute. even gave me a lanyard to help keep it safe. awesomeness. the second one (that I purchased here/PPV) they cleaned up & replaced the coil. a little tasty juice & I again had both vapes back in perfect condition. awesomeness abounds. my vapes have been my saving grace after I quit smoking in January. my husband appreciates how these guys have kept our home butt-free. I can't thank them enough for their patience with me & for always helping me with a smile. I've never gone anywhere else for my e-juice & with as wonderful as these guys have been to me, I don't think I ever will. read more

This place is pretty cool. I dumped my old place as it was all about just selling you whatever and the guy there just never really talked. Nothing ,no hello,goodbye just take my money and that was it. So I tried this place as its close to work and well I love Star Wars !!!Any way very helpful guys, saved me money and helped me figure out why my tank was making my throat hurt. Now I'm digging my vapes so much more and the flavor is really good. I've been hitting the Froot Loops with extra milk and Grants Mix is awesome too. Pretty cool to me so far.
