First off, what an awesome interior for a smoke shop! I could not stop looking at the walls! They are painted with Alice and Wonderland scenes that have a futuristic/post-apocalyptic edge to them. I could spend hours just staring at these gorgeous murals! The shop itself is big, spacious and has great selection! The staff here is knowledgeable when it comes to the products they carry, they are all also super friendly, so don't hesitate to ask questions!! They also sell CBD products here, which is the non-psychoactive counterpart to THC and is completely Legal! You guys, if you are skeptical when it comes to the healing powers of CBD, then you need to come to PPV and ask them about the benefits. I used CBD products for my sciatic nerve pain and it did Wonders! I was able to not only manage my pain using CBD oil, but get rid of it altogether! After a few months of taking CBD to help with the pain, I was surprised to find that my pain was completely disappearing, all with no pills, no prescriptions, none of that. I love this place. I haven't even gone to a different store in over 7 years. today I walked in and had the worst encounter that Ive ever had. if she doesn't want to be there the quite and let someone else have such a wonderful job. I did nothing but ask questions which was too much for here. she was so short with me and wouldn't help me with anything that at the end I asked her if I didn't anything wrong and I was sorry if I asked too many questions. she said no your fine. if she treats other people like I was treated ill take my money else where. in 7 years ive spent over 10k in products. I love the store but now they are about to lose a good custo over a bad employee. my rep was sarah working Monday at 6:30-7 p,m and I don't know if ill be back to that store again because of how I wast treated. the owner knows how much ive spent there and if he cares he will call me. sorry you have a member that doesn't care. 1st time ive ever had that and if I see her again im walking out. she was so rude read more

I'd keep giving good reviewed if they would stock heating elements for shit they sale. How do you sale a dr dabber boost black edition and not sale the replacement heating element? Lol. Only thing they sale for one is just the nails and that's for the tiny boost. Every time I go in for something they have it on order. I was a frequent shopper at PPV and I referred dozens of people to this shop.... unfortunately no more. I purchased a low end torch ($10 nothing big). Got home and the first use of it the torch broke. I returned to PPV 2 hours later to exange the item. However, upon speaking to the sales rep (he was very polite) he informed me that this one of their "low end torches" and couldn't not return or exchange it. I then spoke to the manager who again informed me that what I bought was a "piece of crap torch and we can not return it because of that". He did offer to give me 20% off one of the higher end torches, but by then I was more focused on the "we sell crap in our store and refuse to replace crap". I used to refer all my customers to them, but now I refer them to Puff King on Bedford Euless rd. I was sorely disappointed that a business would sell product that they didn't back themselves. read more

Bought an item a few years back. Needed a replacement part and went by their recommendation and my measurements but it was still the wrong part. No refunds, no exchanges. $110 down the drain. You would figure a business would make it right for repeat business, but this is not the store. read more
