They are very efficient, easy to call and schedule appointments with and to verify your insurance with as well. In terms of their practice, they do acupuncture and chiropractic work. It became more apparent as I went that they are quite cost conscious. They don't use that many needles compared to other places I've been to and they will try to upsell you to do both acupuncture and chiropractic work as well but if you are firm in indicating you don't want chiropractic work they will also respect that. The chiropractic part was an electromagnetic pulsing type of device, a massage using a massage gun and the doctor cracking a bunch of bones at the end. I found the electromagnetic pulsing to be the most unique and potentially helpful; the massage I could do at home with my own massager and the bone cracking never really seemed to help. I ultimately left because the doctor was pretty frank upfront saying that if I did six sessions and I wasn't seeing much improvement, then it probably wouldn't be worth continuing which I appreciated his candor. So even though he wasn't able to resolve my issue it wasn't really by fault of them, just probably not a good fit.
