Do not use this company!…read more After I got home the day they came out, I walked around to see how it turned out. I was very disappointed. Only took them half an hour. I don't know how anyone can power wash an entire two story house in that amount a time. I have four camera's, two out front and two out back. The guy was only out back for 5 minutes. They didn't use any soap. When I called in to schedule the appointment I was told by Robert that they use soap. They didn't even move anything away from the house. I had two lawn chairs on the front porch, so obviously the siding behind those was not done. There was bird poop on front porch siding by door. There was spider webs over by our garage door and on the side of the house there was dirt. It was just dirt, I brushed it away with my finger. I called and left message to let them know I was not happy with the results. Robert called me back and said he would go out and take a look. He went out and I looked on my cameras, only thing he would have seen was what was on the front porch. Other than that he was 10-15 ft away, you can't see anything that far away. He knew I would be at work, so he calls me at 10:35am, 10:36am I sent it to voice mail both times. I was at work, not everyone can answer there phones while at work. He left a message and asked me to call him. I was going to call him on my lunch break, does he wait? Oh no, he call again at 11:14 am so I answered because obviously he wasn't going to stop. He tells me all he saw was the bird poop and guy didn't get that because it was too close to the porch light and the intercom speaker. Other than that he said it looked great due to the age of my home. After that he didn't want to listen to what I had to said and if he did all I got was we have gotten best award for the last 7 years, we never get complains, we do the mayors house every year, blah blah blah I don't care about that. Once I had said what I needed to say and was tired of him saying the same thing, I told him I was done with the conversation and bye and hang up the phone. I am baffled as to how this company got any rewards after the results I had and the attitude I got from Robert!!

I'm a woman, and I was with my kids alone. A man came late, and he barely spoke to me and kept giving me mean looks the entire time, making me feel very uncomfortable. Wasn't there very long, and I expressed my concern about the job not looking well. Didn't even respond to me. My son needed me out front so I said to hold on, and went to check on him, and in such a mean tone, he said, "I guess I'll just follow you then." I would never recommend this company at all.

Scott and his crew were not only able to fit us in but did such a great job. We have lots of landscaping and flowers surrounding our house and the crew took such great care to protect all of it. They even moved pots out of the immediate area and replaced them, I wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't caught it on my doorbell camera. I asked them to include the chimney since it needed some attention, it looks better than it did when I moved in 15 years ago. I included a before and after photo of the dark stains that were washed away so you can see for yourself. What really put this company over the top is they treated a sun shade that had moss and mildew and it looks like new. My house always has green due to the plants and overhanging trees, not anymore!
