Got a small amount of D8 flower and some vape carts, and on the way out, the employee (owner possibly?) grabbed a D8 pre-roll off the shelf and gave it to me at no charge as a thank you for my business, telling me i just had to try it as its a new product and super high quality. Came home and lit up said pre-roll and felt amazing the rest of the night! Cannot recommend this place enough, and i will DEFINITELY be returning. I visited this dispensary yesterday with my husband and had a disappointing experience. At every…read moreother dispensary we've been to, one person can wait in the secured lobby without an ID while the other goes in. At this location, a staff member told me I couldn't even wait in the lobby because I didn't have an ID. The way it was handled came across as rude and unnecessary, she was being a big Karen about it! If this is the policy, it should be communicated respectfully and fine print where people can see. Customer service does not matter in this place? That same lady keeps saying it's the law to show ID to sit in the lobby. Ohio law requires to show identification when entering into the retail area where it is double locked from the inside. The law does not require to show proof of identification if you're waiting in the lobby with the person that you came with that is going to purchase the product. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone and will never come back again.

I seriously have never met a cranky employee here! I stopped in after an incredibly stressful week at work and I can definitely admit to being spazzy. I had misread the deals for the week and ordered something thinking it was on sale that day but it was really the next day. They were quick to inform me if I could afford to wait a day it would be a wayyyy better deal, like a store actually informing you of a sale?? That's amazing. When I explained I was swamped at work and wouldn't be able to stop by back in for a couple weeks, they were compassionate, offering an empathic ear and reassuring me that it'll work out and reminding me that I can only internalize so much. It was like the hug I needed after a rough week. I want to hug those amazing women for being so supportive! I know some people consider it expensive, but I'd rather spend my money with people who care about well-being, they make sure you what you truly need! I love this place for their staff, I cannot say enough good things!
