I seriously have never met a cranky employee here! I stopped in after an incredibly stressful week at work and I can definitely admit to being spazzy. I had misread the deals for the week and ordered something thinking it was on sale that day but it was really the next day. They were quick to inform me if I could afford to wait a day it would be a wayyyy better deal, like a store actually informing you of a sale?? That's amazing. When I explained I was swamped at work and wouldn't be able to stop by back in for a couple weeks, they were compassionate, offering an empathic ear and reassuring me that it'll work out and reminding me that I can only internalize so much. It was like the hug I needed after a rough week. I want to hug those amazing women for being so supportive! I know some people consider it expensive, but I'd rather spend my money with people who care about well-being, they make sure you what you truly need! I love this place for their staff, I cannot say enough good things!

My recent state renewal process was very seamless and I'm still pleased with how they run operations here. I really appreciated during COVID that they offer telemedicine appointments for renewal. Renewal just required a simple form online and a video call with a doctor. On the day of, my appointment was running late. I called the provided number in the virtual waiting room, and the gal who answered was very helpful and prioritized me as next in line. I'm not sure if they forgot about me or were just understaffed, but I appreciated that she prioritized me during my busy work day. Quite literally, my appointment lasted five minutes. I really value that Ohio Marijuana Card doesn't make you jump through excessive hoops or have an unclear process. Chronic pain should always be taken seriously and OMM gets that you don't want to be buried in an unclear process. Just be patient, fill out the forms they send you, and everything will work out just fine!

I visited this dispensary yesterday with my husband and had a disappointing experience. At every…read moreother dispensary we've been to, one person can wait in the secured lobby without an ID while the other goes in. At this location, a staff member told me I couldn't even wait in the lobby because I didn't have an ID. The way it was handled came across as rude and unnecessary, she was being a big Karen about it! If this is the policy, it should be communicated respectfully and fine print where people can see. Customer service does not matter in this place? That same lady keeps saying it's the law to show ID to sit in the lobby. Ohio law requires to show identification when entering into the retail area where it is double locked from the inside. The law does not require to show proof of identification if you're waiting in the lobby with the person that you came with that is going to purchase the product. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone and will never come back again.
