It's going be $200 to $400 for the office visit, and they'll want to do a hearing test also and EVERTHING HAS TO BE PAID IN FULL UP FRONT! When I voiced my concern, the reply was: Well they're "Specialists" WELL...SO WAS I WHEN I WAS AN 18 YR OLD AND IN COMBAT, MAYBE I OUGHT TO SEND THEM A BILL FOR MY SERVICES! They were unwilling to credit me back the $68 for the hearing test as a goodwill gesture for their mistake. Apparently they are more about $$$ MONEY than customer service & satisfaction. AGAIN: I would NEVER recommend people use this business for hearing tests/aids. I ended up finding another audiologist in the area who had my new aids to me within 2 weeks - at a cost that was BELOW what Family Hearing was going to charge me for them!
