They had my $500 deposit for 45 days & had no idea my order wasn't fulfilled. Had I not brought this to their attention, I doubt they would have ever realized their mistake. They were unwilling to credit me back the $68 for the hearing test as a goodwill gesture for their mistake. Apparently they are more about $$$ MONEY than customer service & satisfaction. AGAIN: I would NEVER recommend people use this business for hearing tests/aids. I ended up finding another audiologist in the area who had my new aids to me within 2 weeks - at a cost that was BELOW what Family Hearing was going to charge me for them!
