Year 2 had covid and everyplace struggled to provide a safe and happy experience. Demand issues and State regulations haven't helped. Covid did finally get dispensaries to embrace online ordering and most dispensaries struggled with that. Herbology has done great with the online ordering and seems to have the most frequent combination of lowest prices (compare on iheartjane) and selection. I've felt very comfortable everytime and worked with some really nice people. This is a 25 mile drive for me with 4 dispensaries closer, but we will make the trip to Newark and also find some great place to eat on Yelp.

I have driven a friend here several times now, to shop or pick up an order, and am nothing but…read moreimpressed. He shops here as a medical card holder. For a little humor, I promise it is a friend, and not " a friend" but that's not what matters. They offer edibles, premium flower, concentrates, and often have sales and specials. The store is clean and bright and service is friendly. I hang out in the lobby and it's a perfectly comfortable feeling and have never been any issues as I wait. Locals Dispensary serves both medical and recreational marijuana patients/customers. Got to be 21 and over Inthink even to enter the building. They even have a drive-thru option which steams Columbus and Ohio. We have drive-thru liquor and wine so this fits right in. It's a near business and you can visit their website to learn more at localscannabis.com/columbus-dispensary.

I do not usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it was…read moreworth sharing. I've spent close to $1,000 at this dispensary over the last two months. Even though it's a long drive for me, I've continued shopping here because it's the place I've always gone. From my very first visit, I was encouraged to sign up for the loyalty rewards program, so I did. Sunday I placed an online pickup order. The website/app gave me the option to redeem my loyalty points, and it processed them into store credit. I noticed the total looked a little strange but assumed it was just a glitch. My order actually showed to be 1.00. I figured this was wrong. I was planning to use my rewards toward a $45 non-THC product. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't use my loyalty points because I hadn't reached a minimum of 7,500 points. This was the first time I had ever heard about a minimum redemption requirement. At no point when I signed up, earned points, or redeemed them through the app was this requirement disclosed. In fact, the app allowed me to convert my points into credit, making it appear that they were available to use. The employee was not polite about it at all and told me I couldn't use the credit. The frustrating part isn't that there are rules--it's that the loyalty program wasn't transparent about them. If there's a 7,500-point minimum, it should be clearly stated before customers redeem their points or make purchasing decisions based on the rewards they've earned. A loyalty program should reward loyal customers, not leave them feeling misled. After spending nearly $1,000 in just a couple of months and making the drive to shop here consistently, this experience has made me question whether my loyalty was actually valued. So for such great customer service I will look elsewhere for a dispensary. I just wanted my 45 dollars I had earned in points.

I have been enjoying the bud but not all of the budtenders. Today was the last straw for me. As a…read morebudtender I would think it would be easy to explain the differences between bud versus just explaining stats. This guy was stuck on loop! It's 1 gram. It's 85%. It's sativa. He clearly has zero customer service experience and doesn't care to talk about head or body sensations. That's very rigid behavior and I'm not going to keep asking someone to expand and they be stuck on loop! I politely informed that our personalities were not aligned and the next budtender was great in explaining and giving her suggestions. Don't hire budtenders that are stuck on stat loops. The customers also want to understand the physical experience not for you to repeat the same loop over and over. Not my problem if you didn't want to work today but it distressed my nervous system and I would've started crying from anxiety from that guy had I not stepped away. Edit: Thank you for reaching back out to my concern email. It seemed really genuine so I appreciate that.
