I wish all doctors' offices were as good as this practice…read more My son has a dust mite allergy. We did not get him diagnosed until he was almost 8 years old. Where are dust mites? EVERYWHERE!! Super challenging. He recommended about 2 years of weekly shots. Having to go once a week and stay for at least a half hour is a tough. This office makes it as easy as it possibly could be considering all factors. The hours are pretty convenient. I have even had them take me when I am a few minutes late or came at the wrong time by accident. I always feel like they listen to all their patients and in this case, their parents would definitely recommend this practice!

Review for Premier Allergy & Asthma (Delaware, OH Office)…read more I began allergy shots for cat and pollen allergies at Premier Allergy's Delaware, OH office in August 2024. In spring 2025, a new policy mandated a 20-minute post-shot wait time, which wasn't part of my initial agreement and would have deterred me from starting this costly, elective treatment. When I voiced concerns, staff directed me to email a provided address to dispute the policy, but I received no response. A nurse suggested there were likely no consequences for leaving early, so I did so for four visits without any warning or communication from staff. On July 23, 2025, I was suddenly informed (without prior notice) that if I left early that day, I'd need to find a new provider. Due to a work commitment, I couldn't stay and was sent a transfer of care form. I scheduled with Ohio ENT for August 1, and they sent the request to transfer to Premier that day. I called weekly to see if my vials had been transferred and had no success. Despite multiple follow-ups, on August 19, Premier Allergy called to inform me that my vials had expired and were contacting my insurance to get the cost for refill. As of august 23 I've heard absolutely nothing further delaying my treatment to now a month. The lack of communication, abrupt policy enforcement, and failure to promptly address the transfer of care despite follow-ups reflect incredibly poor customer service. I strongly suggest NOT using Premier Allergy & Asthma and recommend choosing Ohio ENT or another allergist instead.

Oh Midwest allergy.... you're in such a nice location and I really want to like you. I know Ive…read morerated you with "A-Ok" but I dont know if I'm happy with it. My doctor is ok..I have Ortega. She's nice but I question her ability to diagnose allergies after she told my husband that he wasnt allergic to soy, something he's been seriously allergic to since birth. And did you know we werent allergic to dogs either? We didnt! And to think...my asthma goes nuts whenever our pit snuggles with us ....but I'm not allergic says her. It's a shame because I really liked her, she was nice and very knowledgable. But how can she be a good doctor and not even know our correct allergies??? I'm thinking of getting a second opinion. Putting that aside for a moment. She refered us both to their allergy shot departmart for weekly shots in order to build up an immunity in us, thus making us more and more "allergy free." We're started phase 1 last week and this sat will be only are 3rd shot. Phase 1 last a year unless you go every 3 days (the min amount of days before youre allowde to go again, 10 days being the max) The shots are nice, something Ive wanted but never had the chance to get/start. My husband is allergic to antihistamines, so he cant take allergy medicine. This was key for him so it's nice to be getting it. I havent gotten a bill yet so we'll see if we'll still be going after that; I have US Health and Aetna but hubby only has US. The nurses for the allergy shots are all different (so we were told). We went tuesday around lunch time and the woman working was sooooo nice to us and the needles (which Im terrifed of) didnt hurt at all. She even offered anti itch cream which was a sweet touch. I need to remember this time for later shots. I'll be going back on Sat, apparently their "way busy day" so fingers crossed!! Appointments arent made for these shots; first come first serve.

I've been going here for years. My doctor is easy to talk to and listens to any issues I am having…read more I've also gotten allergy shots here for a couple years and they have been so effective that I have had to reteach myself how to breathe and I almost never need to take medication anymore. Definitely recommend

When I moved from to Ohio, I got very bad allergies. I tried all kind of allergy meds, Zyrtec,…read moreClaritin, Benadryl, etc. but at the end, it did not help that much. I found Premier Allergy on yelp and I gave them a shot, knowing that there is probably no quick fix to my problem. At first, I was hesitant because the nature of the treatment is quite different from a traditional, western medicine approach. Having said this, there is no medical treatment, alternative or not, that can claim 100% results. I have to report that after 3 treatments I am much better. My allergies have almost completely disappeared. I highly recommend them.

The front desk person called me back a couple days later stating the copay is $582. Knowing my insurance coverage, I explained that did not seem correct because my insurance would cover 90% so likely there was a mistake unless the testing was $5,800. She had no idea. After another call, she transferred me to talk to billing directly. Billing said they would check again since the info they have in the estimate is not correct. No call back I. I went to the appointment this morning and was told I would need to pay the $582 then it would be refunded if the estimate was incorrect. I will go elsewhere.

My right ear had slight pressure and muffled hearing My primary doctor referred me to Ohio ENT. I saw Dr Lowery today, March 14th and he was so kind and compassionate and explained everything in detail to me so I understood what he was going to do. He did a myringotomy and it was painful but it also was instant relief. The pressure is just about gone and I have regained most of my hearing. I actually cried in my car on my way home I was so happy I highly recommend Ohio ENT and Dr Lowery!

I was a patient of Michael Martyn, MD, and my experience with his care was extremely disappointing…read moreand concerning. My first visit was in December 2025. When Dr. Martyn entered the room, his appearance and demeanor immediately raised concerns about professionalism. I explained in detail that my ears retain moisture, which causes frequent wax buildup and infections. I also explained that my father and I share this condition and that his ENT successfully prescribed Sulfacetamide Otic capsules, which had also worked for me in the past. I specifically requested this medication. Instead, Dr. Martyn prescribed an antibiotic containing amoxicillin, despite my medical chart clearly stating that I am allergic to penicillin. Because of this error, it took two weeks for a replacement prescription to be sent. I took the antibiotic for 28 days, during which there was no improvement in my infection, and the left side of my face became swollen. When I contacted the office again to request the Sulfacetamide Otic capsules, I was told Dr. Martyn wanted me to come back in for another visit. My second appointment was in early January 2026. During this visit, it became clear that Dr. Martyn had not reviewed my chart thoroughly and was unaware of previous communications I had with his medical assistant, Chelsea Lenegar, despite her confirming she documented my medication request in my file. Dr. Martyn then recommended a compound pharmacy (Crosby) and stated he would send the prescription. My appointment was on a Monday, yet I received no confirmation the following day. I called multiple times throughout the week and could not reach anyone. After leaving several messages, Chelsea eventually informed me that Dr. Martyn was in surgery and had not yet signed off on my prescription, assuring me I would hear back by Friday. I did not. By the following Monday, I still had no update. At this point, my condition had worsened, my face was visibly swollen, and there was no sense of urgency from the office. I was forced to escalate the issue to Jessica Kondy, a supervisor above both Chelsea Lenegar and Dr. Martyn. Only two weeks later, I was informed that Dr. Martyn had finally reviewed my file and stated he would need either a photo of the medication bottle or a prior prescription and that he "probably" could prescribe it. After weeks of waiting, worsening symptoms, and repeated follow-ups, being told he might be able to help was unacceptable. This experience made me feel that my care was consistently deprioritized. As an African American patient, I could not help but feel dismissed and unheard throughout this process. Regardless of intent, the lack of responsiveness, organization, and urgency reflects very poorly on patient care and safety. I would not recommend Dr. Michael Martyn to others, especially those needing attentive, timely, and compassionate care. He is racist towards African American and will not care about your needs

Are you in need of slightly hard to find herbs, vitamins, tonics, or protein powders? This place is…read morefor you! I'm a private duty home health nurse with a patient that requires some interesting medications that are extremely hard to find. Even if they can't be found elsewhere, they can be found here. To top it off, the staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help out.

My experience with Francie from Leaves Of Life was not a good one. I spent over $700 to get testing…read moredone when I first got there, I had numerous questions about my test that I emailed Francie, over the year that I was there I probably emailed her over a handful of times, not once did she respond to any of my questions in regards to bloodwork follow up appointments etc. I eventually had to call the office and ask... Does Francie get these emails? The office staff seemed too brushed me aside and say she'll get back to you when she can she's on vacation ( this was the second time I was told this in a matter of five months) she responded...never... She never once responded to an email in regards to questions and even over text message I had to remind her to please look at my bloodwork and give me feedback, I had to constantly hound her to respond. If I did this in my work I would be fired and I would have zero clients. Being a Health practitioner and handling peoples health and especially people with health anxiety and not at all responding to an email or even tests , in other words not doing your job, why is this tolerated at Leaves Of Life? Francie herself is a kind person but when I go there all she does is hook me up to the biofeedback machine and Leaves for a hour , when I ask her about different issues that I'm going through, with my health, she has not given me any protocols, nothing to really help with anything that came back from the $700 worth of test that I did, If I show her bloodwork from my primary care she doesn't even know what the tests mean admittedly and doesn't seem to want to take the time to respond to all my health concerns . I still have the same issues, I did not get any better from spending a year with Francie, I did not feel heard or seen given The fact that zero emails were responded to, when I told her some sad news in regards to my life and why I would not be coming back to Leaves Of Life to see her moving forward, once again I was met with a very loud and disrespectful silence. She could not even bother to thank me for being her patient and the experience we had that was not good even though I thanked her. Leaves Of Life why do you keep somebody like this around there's a very huge disrespect and lack of empathy for clients here. If Francie can't even communicate with her patients why is she even working here? Even the phlebotomist said "oh yes she's known to not respond to emails " why is this accepted in any place of work especially healthcare? Seems like people there care more about themselves than their actual clients, even the front desk did not apologize for all of the missed emails from Francie. I would not recommend Leaves Of Life and certainly not Francie to anybody if they care about their health and being respected by a Health practitioner they're paying very good money to See!
