We adjusted our plans and were ready to leave, but then we were told they could accommodate all four of us after all, and that another massage therapist would arrive shortly. Three of us were taken in on time, but I was left waiting. I was told the therapist would arrive in about five minutes, but I ended up waiting around 15-20 minutes while the others had already started their sessions. This put me behind schedule since we had other plans afterward. When I brought it up afterward, the staff did offer a small compensation for a future visit, but I was in a rush and couldn't really resolve it fully at the time. Overall, while the massage experience itself was good, the coordination and communication around our booking made the visit stressful and not as enjoyable as expected. I would recommend confirming reservations clearly ahead of time and making sure staffing is fully ready before scheduling groups.
