Plenty of parking close to the entrance, a beautiful outside space to sit and wait, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming! The theater space itself is very small, but impressive for what it is, and the seats were much more comfortable than other small theatres I've attended in the area in the past. If I had one very small complaint, it is that Google Maps and Waze both directed us to the wrong place so we had to do a bit of hunting to actually find it- but that isn't the fault of the theatre itself, and it was easily enough resolved with a couple of extra minutes driving around. We will definitely be keeping an eye out to see what's available here in the future!

The seats are extremely uncomfortable, the shows are decent and the prices are good compared to larger venues. The parking can be a hassle if you're not there super early, the lot fills up fast and then you're stuck either parking half a mile away in the municipal parking lot or fighting for street parking. There is one single bar and there is constantly a line.

We didn't purchase our tickets until the day before, but had no problems getting good seats. We arrived about a half hour early to pick up our tickets at will call and since it was a very cold, windy day didn't want to venture back outside to wait so purchased a glass of wine in the lobby and went into the actual theater to find our seats. Very friendly ushers escorted us to our assigned seats which were in the center with great views of the stage. The theater is small so there are really no bad seats as far as being able to see. Unless you are able to get an aisle seat, you will be very close to your neighbor and don't wear a big bulky coat because you will be very squished trying to keep it on your seat. Leg room isn't great, but not the worse either. Shows are always well performed and the price for tickets is more than reasonable. Beverages and some snacks are available in the lobby and you can take them into the theater. It is a great place to go if you are in the area!

My husband and I have been taking ballroom dance lessons here for several weeks and have been very…read morehappy with the instruction. The teachers are patient and very upbeat during class, making it a fun time. They give individual attention and spend time to work with people who are "stuck" temporarily yet manage to keep the class moving with new moves every week. The 90 minute class (longer than any others in the area) is ample time to cover our basic dances and is very reasonably priced - they also provide all their students one complimentary admission to a Saturday dance party - normally $28.00 per couple. We have attended a few of the Saturday evening ballroom dance parties to practice what we have learned. Again, priced very well for several hours of dancing to a live band and a table to sit at. The restroom facilities are old- fashioned but very clean. The ballroom is quite pretty with all the fairy lights on, and dancing to live music on their HUGE maple dance floor (largest north of Boston) is a lovely experience. To our relief we found everyone dancing there to be very welcoming despite our being novices. Some patrons were clearly competitive level and inspiring to watch but best of all, everyone on the dance floor looked happy! The exercise is a bonus, too! Cash bar for bottled water, alcoholic beverages and limited snacks (great popcorn!) were generous portions and very reasonably priced. Try it, you'll like it!

There are special performers every Friday and Saturday night, hosted by EJ Garlands. Friday and Saturday night shows are outside on a large, lovely deck at the (Kennebunkport) Inn. These are dinner shows, with a delicious menu of choices served by the in house restaurant (The Burleigh). On Sunday, there is a more intimate cabaret performance by EJ and his pianist Carmine in the lounge from 4-7. Every performance I have attended throughout this series has been excellent, completely engaging and with wonderful talent! Every meal I have had here has been quality as well and when you put the two together, it makes for a pretty spectacular summer evening. I 100% suggest checking out Club Cumming on the Coast before their final weekend in October. Hopefully, this series will return next summer, fingers crossed!
