Title: A Nightmarish Horse Riding Experience: Humiliation, Disregard, and Misogyny!
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. I had the unfortunate displeasure of booking a novice horse riding experience on the beach with a group of friends, expecting a delightful time filled with laughter and adventure. Instead, what unfolded was a horrifying and humiliating ordeal that left us deeply disheartened and utterly disgusted.
Upon arriving at the location, we were met with an air of condescension and disdain from the staff. To our astonishment, we were informed that one of our group members was considered "too big" to participate in the activity. This blatant body-shaming and public humiliation were beyond appalling. The staff's insensitive and callous behaviour was an unwelcome shock, leaving our friend feeling mortified and excluded.
As if the initial embarrassment wasn't enough, the way our complaint was handled only added insult to injury. When we tried to discuss the issue with the staff, they brushed us off and showed a complete disregard for our feelings. Our concerns fell on deaf ears, and we were made to feel like our opinions didn't matter.
To make matters even worse, the owner of the establishment himself displayed a reprehensible level of misogyny. Instead of addressing our grievances professionally, he decided to unleash a barrage of offensive and degrading comments directed towards the women in our group. His derogatory remarks were nothing short of appalling and completely unacceptable in any setting.
This entire experience left us feeling utterly violated and devalued as customers and as individuals. The mistreatment we encountered from start to finish was beyond comprehension. It is horrifying to think that a supposedly reputable establishment could harbour such a toxic and demeaning culture.
It is essential to understand that everyone, regardless of their appearance or gender, deserves respect and fair treatment. Our group had eagerly anticipated a wonderful horse riding experience, but what we received was an unforgettable lesson in how not to run a business. The gross negligence, body-shaming, and outright misogyny we encountered were utterly appalling.
I implore anyone considering this horse riding experience to think twice before supporting an establishment that tolerates such behaviour. Choose an organisation that values its customers, respects individuals' dignity, and promotes a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and we sincerely hope that no one else has to endure such a dreadful encounter. read more
