Just like everywhere else there are good people and bad people here. They have one bedroom full size apartments and One bedroom efficiencies for rent. Apartments are based on your income. Rent includes all utilities except cable and internet. You are allowed one non aggressive small dog, or two cats. You are allowed to smoke cigarettes in your Apartments, floor balconies, or twenty feet from any exterior door in the building. This is the first apartment building I have ever lived in. I have tried twice to apply to this location, at 6 month difference. First time, I was answered to the email sent after 5 days. The second time, after 2 days, telling me that 'who am I to be answered to the email sent the next day?'. She always find excused, but with this phrase she said it all. The hurtful truth is that WILL NOT FIND ANY RESPECT and DIGNITY in the public housing. The managers all act like Tyrants and Despots, acting like they are keeping you there for free, despising and being rude to you. They should be reminded that they have a job just because of us, the ones they are bullying and disrespect. They have zero morality and humanity, and in their immense foolishness consider themselves 'gods', using their power to do harm and evil, while waiting to be worshiped for their 'manager' title.
