That being said, I was overdue for an oil change, and didn't feel like going to the far end of San Jose for my regular dealership. I went in today without an appointment of course and got quick service, soft upsell on air filter and oil system cleaner at $27 and $20 respectively, and efficient but not rushed service. The full synthetic oil change alone came in at about $119 plus tax, and probably took about 15 minutes, maybe 20 minutes at most. Two guys worked on the car, one handling the open and then going under to drain the oil, and the other taking over above ground for the rest of the process. I wouldn't hesitate to go back next time.
