I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and dedication from this firm. From day one, they made me feel heard, protected, and confident that my case was in the right hands. They handled every detail with precision--explaining the process clearly, fighting hard on my behalf, and making sure I always knew what was happening. read more

TERRIBLE lied to me and kept leading me on about when I'm getting my check ! 3 months passed me and my brother are still on the same case he got his and I never got mine they went from saying state farm never provided the check to saying the check was deposited two months after but communication was great before my procedure and after when its time for me to pick up the check no follow ups were made kept leading me to dead ends and never followed up unless i called them read more

HORRIBLE experience from start to finish. TRUST ME YOU CAN FIND BETTER HELP KEEP LOOKING. This place offers no clear communication at each stage and you'll have to speak to multiple people because every time you call back for updates they will assign someone new who doesn't know your case. They will without directly saying so tell you to get a surgery so the claim can be higher(for their cut). If not they will have one person say you'll be dropped them have someone else named Mya come along and reinsure you they will not drop you and proceed. DO NOT TRUST THIS LAW FIRM. They will move the goal post multiple times as you ask for clarity such as "threshold" requirements and ultimately tell you whatever they think you want to hear so they can hang up. If told they'll call you back with 48 hours, you'll have to wait 2 weeks before realizing they never planned on calling. They drop and dismiss your case without ever making a call either. If you call to speak to the legal team you've spoken to before, they will LIE and say they aren't available and pass you over to sone one more than happy to hang up on you because what are you going to do about it. PLEASE DO NO TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THIS LAW FIRM IS. NOT LEGIT AND WILL ULTIMATELY MAKE YOUR LIFE WORSE as they string you along and waste your time. HOWEVER If you broke an arm or pet was killed or anything drastic that will make their cut extremely high you might have a chance. To this law firm YOU ARE NOT A PERSON. YOU ARE A NUMBER. I'm begging all who read to keep searching and don't settle for this. Learn from my mistake and ignoring every red flag I experienced along the way. read more

After confirmation of settlement, have been having an issue reaching rep.Theyll have you on hold only for the machine to answer.

The best law firm!!!!! Everyone is professional, fast, and easy to reach. Highly recommended!

SCAM ARTISTS. THEY NEED TO BE AUDITED! I RECOMMEND THE DOJ OR FBI LOOK INTO THEM AND HOW THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE. THEY HANDLED A CASE WITH AN IMMIGRANT HITTING MY GIRLFRIEND AND THEY WAITED 5yrs UNTIL TIME FOR HIS VISA TO RUN OUT AND THEN said she could not get paid what was originally agreed upon! They took 40% of her money! These people are the worst of crooks because they sit outside of emergency rooms and follow police scanners to get clients. They pray on The Victims!! Over 75% of the reviews tell a similar story. We will be sharing this page to Twitter Facebook and Instagram to ensure we limit the amount of people these people Pray on daily! They not gonna tell you how much money they getting of your settlement until after you get your check! And I do recommend getting any type of loans from them be used They will wait it out until your interests is out the roof to settle your case. They also are in cahoots with the loan companies! If you have ever seen the movie the firm this is a case book copy cat of how the lawyers with this company do the clients. If I could I would rate them negative 3* Because they are scum. Especially Anna half English speaking self! Matter of fact they need to see if the people working in the office are here legally because how you don't talk good English but you writing the letter of law? Better business bureau. I got a mountain of proof they running game on clients! Yall Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! read more

Good lawyers, great service all the time. Very happy with everyone. Will recommend to anyone

The service rendered was horrible they are ambulance chasers. they contacted me for therapy after i had an accident. They had my case for three years stringing me along. Every time I called them because they never call you for an update they tell me they have a conference with the auto insurance attorney. After three years of stringing me along they wrote me a letter stating they are not representing me anymore and to find a new lawyer. Three months before my deadline to to file. I do not know how they got my information, they had to get it from the police officer or the ambulate personal, they contacted me and than just drop my case. I would not recommend them to anyone the way they treat their clients. ambulance chasers read more

they dropped my case just like that out the blue I think they were working with cab comps that hit me

Very professional and caring people who go above and beyond for their clients! The staff is knowledgeable and they make sure to return my requests in a timely manner read more

I was assigned Ofshtein law firm from the physical therapy place I was going to in the Bronx after my car accident. When signing up these guys are very responsive, friendly , and nice as long as you keep going to therapy and doctor visits. Once you complete your therapy and doctor visits the change begins and everyone avoids any questions of the following procedures and what to expect, they never told me what my settlement or case was as far as amounts. And never called me to follow up on my case or give me any information on my case. These guys took most if not all of my settlement and told me that the offer I received was 1000$ that's all. Lmao I don't believe a settlement of that amount can exist especially with physical therapy and mri's and other mandatory doctors I had to see for this case that I was sent to by the law firm. The best part of all is from that petty offer they still supposedly have to take their cut smh. So my point of this review is if you hear this law firm pop up or search it up or hear a claim of one happy customer I say please avoid these guys at all cost. This is the worst experience of my life they treat people as if the customers are stupid or by calling to ask anything we are interrupting their day. When the customer comes first always. I believe these guys are sketchy I wouldn't say fraudulent but definitely sketchy and very very very poor customer assistance or help. Do not do business with this firm if you have a say in the matter. read more

Horrible! I do not recommend at all!!! Poor communication skills and they make the decisions on your case without consulting the client and their explanation is inadequate and condescending. They pretty much settle my case horribly and left me in the dark then had a para legal try to "finesse" me. I'm still waiting for my last horrible settlement that I pretty much was robbed and left with a lifetime injury with no feasible compensation and still nothing. As I type this I'm on the line waiting and just got disconnected smh! I do not recommend! read more

I hired Ofshtein Law Firm for a personal injury lawsuit due to a car accident i had last year and at first they were highly attentive and available whenever i needed them and then out of the blue after my deposition they stopped answering my phone calls and the person that was handling my case was never available or always at lunch if you can avoid it don't use them i wouldn't recommend this firm to my worst enemy they aren't worth the hassle I'm currently looking into a new firm to handle my case read more

I was in a motor vehicle accident and had to have surgery. I lost wages they didn't get any $$ for me for lost wages. Then the offer they gave was low end but I agreed to it. It took me damn near 3 mos to receive my settlement because they claimed their was a lien from the physical therapy place. I would not recommend them plus they did nothing really to earn 1/3 of the settlement. read more

I normally don't do this because I work for two law firms over the years.they really show good hospitality. Just call checking on me after my surgery. That means so much to me. So if u in bklyn area they close by near transportation read more

I was rear ended at JFK airport. In the confusion I was approached by someone with a card. From that point it was lie after lie. I was told that I could secure a loan based on the settlement in a few weeks... when I signed the paperwork weeks became months... every time I asked about it, I was told next week or after this appointment. I had to drive 100 plus miles for appointments and ended up spending more money then I had for gas and tolls. In the end, after 6 months of run around, I had to just drop the suit... I don't recomend this law firm. read more

This law firm are professional crooks , they took advantage of covid19 to inflate expenses which I will find someone to look into that but overall run from this law firm and find one that's at least decent if you don't wanna see almost a 50/50 slit on your settlement, Ofshtein Law Firm are crooks and I will have my case looked into... Beware!!! read more

I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy. Very shady practice they had my child's case for 4 YEARS and did absolutely nothing. The firm was signing people up at the physical therapy place that should have sent off flags but it didn't. It gets worse this was my child's first accident she suffers from back pain constantly. The firm never called to update on the case probably because they did nothing. Every time I called I was told someone would call back and never did. The firm neglected to name my child as a child so when the firm got an offer which was astronomically low they told us they would hold the money at the office until my child turned 18. WHAT? That is not how it works at all are you kidding me? I took my child's case from them. Bottom line RUN shady people no results Horrible experience all around. I do plan to follow up with the bar association. read more
