When Decada first open you couldn't find some many options of cool furniture, but now it doesn't matter if you are looking for a nice living room chair or a dinner table this is the place to look - of course, if you want your house to have something special. Staff is friendly and have a handful of information about all items in store. They will tell you all about everything that is here. Some of the furniture come imported from other countries, others are bought and renovated in Mexico from vintage markets. If you are re-decorating your apartment on a budget, this might not be a great option since all items are pretty exclusive. But still, maybe you find a bargain, you never know!

To add insult to injury, after waiting two months to receive two defective chairs, I waited another month for a *partial* refund. They'd subtracted the "welcome" coupon I'd used, even though it would've applied with the other pieces purchased at the same time. For the prices, I had higher expectations. Overall a disappointing experience, I wouldn't shop here again.

AND they still won't promise we'll get it that month just in case "something else happens" At first, top management promised us more than 10% discount since this was such a major mistake, however of course when delivery day for replacement couch came, they said no more than 10%. Oh, and after waiting 5 extra hours on delivery day for the couch we didn't order, they still cancelled because the couch had a scratch (seriously no exaggeration) and refused to guarantee a delivery date and time. Top management refused to speak to us at all to address this situation. It's been a headache and a nightmare and we're still waiting in an empty apartment. Screw this company. Worst experience I've ever had with a purchase. PLEASE save your money for a company that actually cares about you. We finally canceled our order today.
