Pros: Friendly and responsive (if not always helpful) customer service, stylishly designed furniture. Cons: Long wait times (two months for a table and chairs!), missing hardware on two separate orders (requiring a trip to the store and weeklong wait for old pieces in a grubby bag), defects (crooked sofa leg, minor imperfections on tabletop, crooked upholstery, uneven varnish). To add insult to injury, after waiting two months to receive two defective chairs, I waited another month for a *partial* refund. They'd subtracted the "welcome" coupon I'd used, even though it would've applied with the other pieces purchased at the same time. For the prices, I had higher expectations. We ordered a couch in-store and in full with a promise of 10 quick delivery. Without warning (AKA WE had to call them for an update) these people told us our couch sold out and we won't receive it for another month, making 2 months total of waiting. AND they still won't promise we'll get it that month just in case "something else happens" At first, top management promised us more than 10% discount since this was such a major mistake, however of course when delivery day for replacement couch came, they said no more than 10%. Oh, and after waiting 5 extra hours on delivery day for the couch we didn't order, they still cancelled because the couch had a scratch (seriously no exaggeration) and refused to guarantee a delivery date and time. Top management refused to speak to us at all to address this situation. It's been a headache and a nightmare and we're still waiting in an empty apartment. Screw this company. Worst experience I've ever had with a purchase. PLEASE save your money for a company that actually cares about you. We finally canceled our order today.
