Jeff & team are very quick to respond & help w/ any issue you may have. They carry a lot of different brands/products for all kinds of offroad vehicles- their online store inventory is insane, but they also carry a lot of quality stuff in store as well. I had some issues w/ a couple KC lights & the bezel they were mounted in a little over a year after install (this was not my first purchase from them) & they immediately responded & told me to bring it in or ship them the faulty parts & they'd cover in full. Great customer service highly recommend. read more

If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from NJR Auto Sales 265 EAST CENTER STREET WEST…read moreBRIDGEWATER, MA 02379 i would highly suggest against it! They sold me a vehicle in March 2025 in which was reported for Odomoter fraud and is a crime in Massachusetts and also under federal law. I had to run a carfax report myself after i was unsuccessful in registering the vehicle twice with the RMV due to the TItle having different mileage than the vehicle. They said there would be no issues to register the vehicle and they were wrong. I notified them right away and have been chasing them for a refund since. The owner is Jonathan DaSilva and Fernando Semedo and neither have stepped up to respond to the 30 day demand letter i have sent in regards to a refund. It was one of the salesman whom listed and sold this vehicle and yet they take no ownership to the misrepresentation. This dealership will be reported to the Massachusetts Attorney General (Consumer Protection Division) for malpractice and misrepresentation to customers. Stay away!

She actually cares about the customers needs and will do everything she can to make sure she helps in every aspect. I hope this gets to people higher above within the company because she is a great employee and sets the standard for what customer service should be. I would recommend and hope that she gets rewarded in some way for her great work and service for this company.

I went to this place to get multiple things installed on my car and they screwed up every install…read more I originally went to get a CarPlay radio installed because my car came with an older radio and for the first month the radio worked fine but then started to become very glitchy and almost unusable. When I went looking for the problem I found that they had shimmed the unit in with lottery scratchers and when I went to them for help, everything they told me to do didn't help and they wanted me to pay for a fix. I also went to them for some custom bodywork (this is before the radio went bad) and the work done seemed good at first but the longer I had the car the more problems I found. The paint has started cracking where the work was done and when I brought it up they blamed it on my cars wheels rubbing against the body (which I had made sure wasn't happening) and when I looked on the underside of the work it wasn't even fully connected to the car leaving a nice open hole to the body of the car for it to start rusting. Again they wanted me to pay more for them to fix their mistakes. I also got a "new" battery from them because they claimed my old one was dead. Come to find out they gave me an old dying battery and I paid for it. I would not recommend this place for any work on your car. They will give you the runaround and try to take as much money from you as possible.
