I read extension reviews and take what people say about their experiences to heart about professionalism, hair texture, customer service and quality when they have dealt with certain hair companies. But, after speaking with Angel and determining that she was extremely professional and had a great sense of humor, I purchased hair from her. I will be honest about my experience because during the pandemic, I taught myself how to dye hair using You Tue and let's just say, there was the good, the bad and the ugly LOL. Even though I colored my multiple bundles during the pandemic, the hair did not mat, shed or tangle ever and for that I am grateful. As a result, I kept all of my hair, colors and all that I purchased from her and when I finally found someone to sew it in and or make a wig for me, all of it has stood the test of time. By that I mean, I have had hair from Tresses for almost two years now and have had several wigs and some sew-ins done. The hair has not shedded, holds color very well and I am still a loyal customer of Tresses. I also have to thank the stylists that corrected my You Tube directed colors LOL. Overall, this has been some of the best hair that I have ever purchased and I will continue to support this business because any hair that lasts two years to me is well worth the investment.

He confirmed with what I said, but then proceeded to shave down my sideburns and then immediately up the middle of my chin. I told him to stop immediately and ask him what the fuck he just did and he told me he didn't hear me. Complete bullshit, four months of beard growth wasted on this asshole! Not only that, I had to return home, go back to a barber And have them fix everything he did wrong. It's almost as if they scraped him off the streets of Atlanta and threw him behind a barber stand and said cut hair... This motherfucker knows nothing! Stay away. Avoid it all costs.

The ATL Airport was crazy - day before thanksgiving when the world is re-emerging from the craziness of the past 22-months. I was worried that if I went back through security I would have a hard time making it to my flight on time. But I gave it a chance. The barbershop was wonderful. From the moment I stepped in, to the genuine kindness the stylist showed me in the chair, everything about the place is super special. Also, they were so fast that I made it back to my gate in time to spare. Why more airports don't have barbershops, I just don't understand?! There is so much benefit to having access to quick service like a haircut or a style when you're at the airport and have hours to kill. The barbershop does it right. This is the place to go. Not necessarily suggesting that you fly to Atlanta just to get your haircut, but that may not be a bad idea.
