The customer service, kindness, professionalism, and overall experience were absolutely incredible. I originally came in to get my eyebrows waxed by Maria, who was just the sweetest. She waxed my brows to perfection and my upper lip and was just so funny and sweet. A whole vibe honestly. I had actually just come from another salon where I paid $120 for a lash lift that didn't lift my lashes at all. They looked exactly the same as when I walked in, and I was so upset that I was practically in tears. I told Maria what had happened, and she was so kind and understanding. She ended up bringing in Esfir to take a look at my lashes, and Esfir immediately said she could fix them! She even mentioned that my lashes didn't look like they had been processed at all. And let me tell you, she absolutely delivered! My lashes were beautifully lifted, and I couldn't believe the difference. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she was incredibly sweet, patient, and generous. They gave me a great price, and I was honestly blown away by their compassion. And I have to mention Aeden at reception! When I first called and explained what had happened, she was so sweet and reassuring. She literally told me, "Girl, come in here. We're going to get you right." And that's exactly what they did! What really stood out to me was how genuinely kind and personable everyone was. They were funny, welcoming, accommodating, and made me feel so comfortable. The entire place was clean, neat, and well cared for. They even offer you a blanket if you're cold! It's those little things that really show how much they care about their clients. And the best part? They actually know what they're doing. They're experienced, their prices are incredibly reasonable, and they genuinely care about the quality of their work and the people who walk through their doors. I was a walk in so I do have to say they were very kind and accommodating and were able to fit an eye brow wax for me in their schedule and I hardly waited 10 min. Unfortunately, after the wax, my skin over my eyes was burning more than usual but I thought it would go away as it usually does. In about an hour it didn't get better and today I woke up with these red spots and my skin really hurts. I'm not allergic to anything and my skin is not extra sensitive and I've been waxing my eye brows for many years and it's the first time this happens to me.

She completely botched my hair and cut it extremely short and uneven. One side is so short it cannot be braided while the other side is able to be braided. She upsold a keratein treatment and it did absolutely nothing. Clearly there is an inventory issue as she only used two products on my hair, "Its a 10" and "Heat Protector Straightening Spray", mind you I was getting a curly style. She had to take the top off the bottle as she proceeded to beat the bottom to get the last of the product to use for my hair. I also left with my hair slightly wet and when it dried later that evening it was frizzy and I contacted her immediately. I paid $200 for a hairstyle that didn't even make it to a full 24 hours. I ended up getting the owner involved because I thought that he valued the excellence of his business over his obvious close friendship with the lady calling herself Star. He backed her botched style up 100%. If I had been a new customer using his services to fix my hair done by another business, he would have had a field day talking about the horrible job the stylist did but since she is his friend I was met with gaslighting. I should have got up and walked out when an elderly lady came in clearly unhappy with her hair to get it "fixed". Star is clearly a stylist who cannot get it right the first time around and doesn't mind leaving her customers with disappointing hair styles that have long term implications. Now I have to wait until my hair grows back! She also has a hard time accepting accountability for her poor services. I highly discourage anyone reading this review to take a chance with this salon. When I arrived, there were only three customers already being serviced. The receptionist told me I would be next, yet "next" turned into waiting for more than an hour. That's completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, another customer who had a 10:30 a.m. appointment wasn't seen until 10:51 a.m. She was understandably frustrated, which made it clear that even having an appointment doesn't guarantee you'll be seen on time. I usually go to the Camp Creek location because they're properly staffed and I've never had this issue. I only came to this location because I happened to be in the area, and I definitely regret that decision. If you're considering coming here, be prepared for long waits regardless of whether you're a walk-in or have an appointment. This location seriously needs to improve its staffing and scheduling.
